HCL is one of the leading global technology which is known as a pioneer in modern computing made the advent into software development. It offers a wide range of industries like BPO services, IT hardware, system integration and distribution of technology and telecom products in India etc. In HCL, the whole placement procedure includes four rounds.
Round one is aptitude test round in which approximately 30 multiple choice questions are given to you and you have to answer them. This test paper includes several regions i.e. analytical ability, numerical ability, number series, letter series, abstract reasoning, sentence completion.
Second round is GD round. In this round there is a group discussion between the qualified candidates on a particular topic which is given by the HCL team and they will look you and your communication skills. So for this round the candidate should have good communication skills, full of thoughts and a good expressing behavior.
After GD round, the qualified candidates are called for TR round in which a team of two or more members of HCL will ask you the technical questions. These questions are related to your PROJECTS, C, C++, JAVA, TALLY, DBMS, SQL etc.
The qualified candidates of the TR round will be called for the next round i.e. HR round. This round is whole about your confidence. In this round HR of the company will ask some general questions to the candidates and he try to beat the candidate’s confidence. So, the candidate should be full of confidence for this round.
