How to Prepare for UPPSC Pre PCS Exam 2017- Uttar Pradesh Public Commision Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services Examination Exam is conducted by UPPSC recruitment department and is one of most prominent exam of state level and many aspirants are preparing for this exam and there is also a high competition among candidates as the seats are very less. All the topics from the above syllabus is upto the level of 10th class. So prepare all the topics thoroughly from the 10th level books and follow NCERT books to cover all the syllabus for the examination.
