Reverse Air Type Filter Bags
INTRODUCTION
These are the bag Filter that are cleaned by using the flowing of air to the backwards through the cloths for the purpose of collecting the dust. It is known by reverse air filter bags because of only its work that is allowing the backward or reverse air to the cloths for removing the dust.
In the liquid application these bag filter is used for straining to remove the major tiny particles from the bag filter. These bag filters are having the simple arrangement of having a single bag attached with the pipes.
CONSTRUCTION
In reverse air type filter bags, the bags are fastened at the bottom of the filter bag. These bags are then adjusted by the hanger at the top of the frame. There are rings which are also known as supported rings which allows the bag to create a open space at top of it. The valve use in that type of bags allows to get the incoming air and also allows to get free it with a continuous manner. The dirty fir flow or enters into the bag filter and then clean air get rid of from the bag filter with the help of these valve.

WORKING OF REVERSE TYPE AIR BAGS
Reverse air type filter bags are accomplish for continuous process. The bags are cleaned by allowing the air in to the dust collector in reverse direction with some pressure and velocity. This pressure makes the bag to collapse the particles and causing the air to top into the bottom. At the end of the cleaning cycle, reverse airflow is discontinued, and the compartment returned in to the main stream. In this manner the reverse type of dust collector, collects the air particles in the air bag.
