Scholarships for Indian Students at Oakland University for admission in MS / MBA
The Oakland University is a public university. It was co – founded by Matila Dodge Wilson and John A. Hannah in the year 1957. It is located centrally in Oakland County, Michigan, United States. This university offers 127 graduate programs. Many students from all over the globe seek to take admission in this university but unfortunately many are unable to do so due to different problems like financial need, etc. So the university has started the provision of scholarship for the international students who are meritorious, talented and due to financial need or some other problem can’t afford to take admission.

The scholarships available here are:-
1. International First – Time Graduate to Oakland University Scholarship
Eligibility: The candidates must me an international student with being newly admitted to Oakland University and must have completed their graduation with at least minimum GPA of 3.5.
Scholarship Amount: $ 1,500
How to Apply: The candidates need to fill up an application form along with a demonstration of active involvement in the community service activities in their home countries. This needs to be sent to the International Students and Scholars Office in person, 157 North Foundation Hall.

2. International Scholarly Achievement Award
Eligibility: Any one qualified Oakland University international student whose scholarly excellence is clearly recognized within the academic community is selected for this scholarship. Scholarship applicants must be full-time, returning international students of graduate levels and also must have completed their graduation with at least minimum GPA of 3.5.
Scholarship Amount: $ 500 per year
How to Apply: The candidates need to fill up an application form along with a demonstration of active involvement in the community service activities in their home countries. This needs to be sent to the International Students and Scholars Office in person, 157 North Foundation Hall.

3. International Service Award
Eligibility: Any one qualified Oakland University international student whose scholarly excellence is clearly recognized within the academic community and who can demonstrate out – of – the – class activities during the year the award is made is selected for this scholarship. Scholarship applicants must be full-time, returning international students of graduate levels and also must have completed their graduation with at least minimum GPA of 3.0 for the graduates.
Scholarship Amount: $ 500 per year
