What is West Bengal JEE (WB JEE) Exam | Pattern | And Who is Eligible
First we know about WB JEE , WB JEE or West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination is a state-government controlled examination ,the examination conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
Interested student test is taken after the 12th grade for admission to graduation courses.The purpose of of this examination is admission to many private and governmental medical and engineering institutions in West Bengal.
The thing is remember before feeling form the candidate who give WB JEE can be studied Pure Science stream in plus two level with the specific subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.

WB JEE held actually two separate tests for medical (also called WBJEE Medical) and engineering (also called WBJEE), the difference being that the medical test has the Biology paper while the engineering test has the Mathematics paper.

What is WB JEE Exam Pattern –
The Question Paper of WB JEE has four sections
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Biological Science.
- Each section is further divided into three categories, each with a different marking scheme.
- WBJEE 2018 will be of total 350 marks.

Who is Eligible for WB JEE Exam ?
Domicile: Should be residents of West Bengal for 10 years consecutively as on December 31, 2017 OR the parents of the candidates should be permanent residents of West Bengal with a permanent residential address in the state.
Age limit: The minimum age for WBJEE 2018 candidates is 17 years as on December 31, 2018. For b.Tech course has no upper age limit . Except marine Engineering(25 Years)
Qualifying Exam-Passed 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi).The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination -ISCE, New Delhi
Marks Required: General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2018.
All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with at least 30% marks.
