Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.

It was an earthquake in the life of all the women in india and even the world. if we compare this rape from
KASAAAB, the terrorist was in jail from many years and then at the time of his death he committed that “GOD please forgive me for that what I have done and if you will give me the human life again then I’ll never gonna do that” so that make sense because at least he agreed that he did wrong but here those six dogs are even not regret for that rape.
The criminal who wants their death on the behalf of their disabilities and rudeness then we should do the thing which they does’t wants at all.
Ha ha I am laughing because there is not any punishment which is they deserve. so “LIFE TIME JAIL” is an better option with third degree torture. Parents please don’t take the freedom of your daughters because it is not their responsibilty when a man is even not safe here.

This is a shameless crime by those people. They are not human. Hngging till death is not sufficient for them. They left a unforgetable pain in that girl life so gave them a punishment for lifetime which gave them pain that will bigger then the pain given to that girl by those culprits and that pain gave warning to those people who think to do that shameless act…
Yes, i am totally agreed to the post. “Hanging of till death” is not sufficient punishment for all them six evils…. If this punishment has given by the high court to them thats mean they want this type of things again and again…. They destroy the hopes of that girl. Death is not sufficient for those people. The punishment should be given by that girl to those people because they spoil the life of that girl and the family of that girl…
If the real justice is present in INDIA then give this order to that girl.
I think this is the most disasterous thing that can be happened with this innocent girl,and according to my opinion the hanging to death is not the right option for those criminals.If the government decide that this is the right option then it adversely effect to that who suffrering from this accident because4 she can,t find her result.Due to the Government laziness and corruption these whole would be happened,so firstly the government improve there terminologies ownself ans then punish them as many as punishment they able to give.I think india have a lot of capability and technologies but the reason is they can’t use it because of the corruption,the people are on the right foot on and they surely make the government realize so that no more happenings may be done.

I think the person who are responsible for that crime should not hang on directly because hanging them directly will not make them to feel what is pain. The girl who is suffering from infections and other deaseases feel that pain.
Other matters should also be taken into account as sson as possible because it will create a fear in people like them.
I think we should think upon this matter openly seeing all sides of coin , nor we have to follow a bunch of rules that are predecided neither we have to see only emotinal side of this case. We have to build dynamic system like “united kingdom” for solving cases as all are not same at ground level.So demanding capital punishment is merely following “a mob”.
i think that main reason ratio of boys and girls.so if ratio is good than such problem not creats .and the pinchment is so hard that noone think that he coud so.and no any rules such that pay money and then free.in this case rich people want to do such crime.and that type case investigates shoud be high.and to tell about this all the people such crime pinciment.
Best punishment for them is that make them IMPOTANT,make them numb.Keep them in custoday.Instead of food give them human excreta and make them to live life.Thats the only way to give justice to that girl. Hanging to deth is not the best punishment for them.
I think that made them impotent is the right way to made them realized that what mistakes they have had done..being them impotent is the only way by how they can get there punishment..i think that all those persons should know that what a girl is for the whole society and the country as well..they can did such a cruel and brutal thing that even there family members didn’t forget there such a worst mistake..every girl is important for the society..and if a person is doing such a shameful thing then he can never be given another chance of living in this society..so this is the only way that how those persons will get there punishment..
it is not enough to hang them till death. they just push the neck of humanity, and according to me in this metter we should follow Afganistan. Many of the big personalities says that if we do this then what will be the difference between them and us,,,,,, I am asking that by making the difference what we have done and what we will do. the thing is that they forgot kindness and humanity , then for them we should also forget these things,,, and the biggest thing is our india is now waked up…so if any normal punishment will be given to these rapists it will be the bigger punishment for indian youth and generation.

I totally agree from the above statement that hanging till death to these monsters is not enough,ryt now. We should punish them very hard for some years and let other peoploe know what is the result of these crimes,so that no one can bring into their minds thoughts about rape or to molest any girl. Girls shuold also feel free to work anywhere anytime around the world. After punishing them very hard for some years we shold hang them till death.

Delhi rape case is the clear cut example of that INDEED WE ARE NOT AT ALL GOOD INDIAN CITIZEN. This cruelsome or i would not be wrong if i say this shameful act of those 6 people has made us realise that still our country do not respect girls , and for them we are just a mere toy by which they can do anything they want to. The culprits should be punished and punishment should be highly brutal by which no one would ever think of this evil act. One must realise that girls are not PARAYADHAN but RASHTRADHAN. This is the time where govt. must take some action and punish them who are responsible for ruining the life of young girl. This is the wake up cal India. WAKE UP INDIA!!! WAKE UP.
I do agree with u Patlakshi, criminal was also Indian. Actually it’s not only the rape case, It’s a harm of our culture. That’s is the girl who is suffering from the rape was alone, No one can listen her crime. now it’s duty not only of government but also of us that we stop that crime from base. Now we should stop to watch the movies just like Dabang and start to read Geeta, Mahabharat, Ramayan ect.

For me this is the shamefull situation for indian government and indian citizen too.And to come out with this situation all six rapist should be punished.And for them capital punishment is not the answer.To make this as a benchmark for others rapist they should be made imfertile and there faces should be broadcasted on each single T.V channels,So that others should know about it.And government should made fast track court for such cases,so that the criminal feel guilty about the thing they have done.
