Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

delhi rap case is serious case we should think about our past culture that we follow them and we change self thanking
in delhi rape case ,those 6 people are realy a bad thing to do…..there are so much shameful ….acording to this delhi rape case those culprit people do that bad thing which realy a shame ful work….in any case of india which is related with rape those culprit people are impotent by indian govt. or they are left in market alone and people take their decision to do with that people….
yes,it is right,b’coz they can not be men,they are deviles.punishment is accurate ,after getting this punishment they can not do it repeat with any girl;
according to me..this case has been gava a example…that indian govt should have to take some better decisions or it would continue….. i suggest that those criminals should get impotent..so thel would realise whole life what they have done….this is the best punishment.or they have to go with same pain they have given to that innocent girl..they have to live and realise at each and every moment of thier life what they have done…
according to my point of view backwordness is definetly consequence of our polotical system. our politcs is not bad or currupt but who leads our polits definetly currpeted.our politics system is very bad.i request to our citizen please undastand own resposilibty towards our nation to build it corruption free, developed and try to move it to a new path of success.
Generally the Indian constitution makers proposed the reservation for 10 years only , but still its going on in favour of SC/ST only , all the politicians are very much concerned about the SC/ST only but why not GEN/OBC .The OBC personnel are not getting any benefits at par with SC/ST .If this will be continued in the future definitely there will be a chance that OBC willbe becoming dalit.s very big problem of our country.reservation is painful those people are not given reservation.

according to my opinion there should be age limit. beacose in our contry most of the policitians are above 60 years. i think above 60 years our body not physically good. so our body is not physically good then we do not good work but i also agree with grow age our expercince is grow but in our contry has many experince youth so i think there should age limit
Delhi rape case is very shameless and disgusting thing for our country and according to me those who were involved in that..they should be punished in this way that in future nobody will try to do that..hanging punishment is not sufficient for them,it will be very peaceful punishment for them…hanging punishment should be given to them but before this they should be also strictly punished among all people,all society.by which all the people will learn that what will be the result of their shameless work.
FDI means foreign direct investiment. my opinion is very bad for our country. fdi in start 24% but now it will be increase it is 49% government fever in FDI and goverment win fdi case so it will be definetly apply so it is very bad bjp is not fever in FDI. if FDI is apply then india is not devloped and one of the most dis advatage of fdi in retail sector is that as we know retail sector is one of the major employment provider and permiting FDI
i think this is a best solution hanging till for the rape cases because our education system is faulty because our leader are also involved in many type currption.our leaders are involved in rape cases so i want our govt. make a hard rule against the rape cases so girls and women feel secure in our soceity.

They should be punished pubically in front of all and the punishment should be such which produce terror among people same as this case produce in parents of a girl child. They should be given the amount of pain which was given to that innocent girl, so that in future no one can dare to even think about doing such an activity. We should modify our laws and punishment given to criminals to secure general people in country. I thing to rape a girl is a bigger crime then to kill someone so the punishment must be bigger then death and that girl should get justice before she get death.

yes i endorse the point that culprits should be hanged down.but the point arises is that who is responsible for this sin.is victim is responsible?are we responsible?are our cops are responsible?yes i think cops are responsible for this.as data says there are only 1 inspectoe over 900 citizen while 6 police mens are there for polititian’s and officer’s security.cops are facing criticism which is right because they are somehow,somewhwre responsible…cpos should be much responsible that no one can confront this kind of sin.and next thing there should be fast track courts in which pitition can be heared easily and sentecnce can be declared within a month.

According to me the girl is the one who should be decided about their punishment. Recently the media and many social networking sites had made such a hype about the case, that even if the girl wants to live free, she herself will not be able to feel comfortable with other consequences. Many political parties are too taking the advantage of this case, for their own agenda. Yes, it is right to have a sympathy feeling about the girl, but now in the country everyone is deciding about the punishment for the criminals. Death punishment should be given or not, its in the hand of the government because then there will be no difference between the murderer and the rapist, as in both the cases the culprit is hanged. so by this may be there will be more chance of increase in the numbers of the murders because the punishment is same.

In my point of view this type of crime untollerated for any women. Due to this not women got irriteated but all man-kind becomes shamefull. Due to this crime i feel very gulty. The delhi gang rape has produced widespread outrage and young women and men have taken to the streets around the country to register their protest. This is entirely welcome. However, it is a pity that this show of empathy with the victim and collective urge for change in how women are treated is degenerating into confrontation with the police, instead of serving as an occasion for precipitating social consensus on changing antiquated values that degrade women. The discourse of protest, as meted out by the media, centres on law and enforcement. As if things would change dramatically if we had tougher laws and better policing. Of course, we need better policing and swifter law enforcement, but these will achieve little if social mores, values and custom continue to treat women as less than equal. Can anyone hold up the pretence that law and enforcement can by themselves reverse the perverse decline in the sex ratio in the most prosperous parts of the country? Crime statistics tell you that the majority of rapists are people known to the victim, often in a relationship of social or familial authority vis-a-vis the victim. What needs to change is social conditioning that hobbles the woman into relative passivity, emphasises her sexuality at the expense of other faculties and traits as an individual and imposes social control on that sexuality in a way that is totally asymmetrical with men. Women can walk without fear of being harmed only when society lifts the burden of custom and tradition that make families discriminate against girl children and privilege boys. But cultural introspection on these lines is totally missing in the public venting of outrage over the Delhi gang rape.
Delhi gang rape is an another reason for shame for our government. An insult to all HUMANITY. Accused must treated equally brutal. they abused the girl not only physically but mentally as well. They destroyed her life completely. If they are sentenced to death ,they would never feel the excruciating pain of the girl. So they deserve no mercy, they should be castrated and given painful sessions of harassment ,brutal beating till they die their natural death. Let them show that WE are not going to bear such pain n brutality any more.
i’m totally agree with you because Punishments like hang till death would be a very easy one for all of them .Their identity should publicaly and they must be tortured to a great extent.they must feel the same pain as the victim feeling after that they should hanged .The culprits should be punished and punishment should be highly brutal by which no one would ever think of this evil act!!!
