Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”
Adding to above point there can be a contradictory statement as well and that can be as Follows
Indian women are them selves responsible for current situation of theres and Now government is adding more to it

All women Train
All women BAnk
All women Post office , what more?
This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.
We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

i think hanging till death is not sufficient because the hanging to the person is not a solution of the case want to improve the saftey of the women and start the seprate bus for ladies through this the cooruption become less
In my opinion the least punishment which can be given to those criminals is hanging them, but what ever action is being taken it should be shown on T.V so that every person will realize that this kind of crime is totally unacceptable.One more thing show also be kept in mind that the government should take the step as quick as possible , before anything like this happens again.The government should also take full measures so that such kind of brutal crime is ‘NEVER’ repeated in future.
Is anyone here who will answer me-: With stict laws rapist will fear and they wont rape but what for them who don’t fear.
Delhi rape case is just another case of inhumanity. We all are so aware of all the crimes and harrasemant happening around us. But nobody is willing to take a step in against these non sense. Everybody is quite busy in commenting and lightening the candles which I think could’nt do anything. It’s not the time to just sit around and have a gossip about the very new hot topic.
Don’t forget that we are also a part of this system. We can’t blame anybody personally as most of us are involved in this daily’s harrasement. Even if we are not doing this, baring this all is equally wrong. Doing nothing against these kind of activities simply boost them up to do even worst.
Nothing would change whether the culprits would be punished vigorously or just hang till death. The change can only be placed by changing and improving our mentality.
my thinking on delhi rape case is that, there have to be fastrack judgement courts on such kind of cases,
the rapist of this case should be punish a with a hard punishment,
the capital punishment to them is not a solution of all these things..,
there should be some new laws for the rape cases in justification , and the rules should be on fasstrack courts, all these kind of cases should be in cover of fastrack
so the judicial decision have to be for future,
the main point is that CITIZENS OF INDIA PLEASE TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITIES N SAVE YOUR SELF RESPECT .
I think this case is very sensitive . as only raped a girl in bus and got pinished like hanged is normal because as every criminal think just raped a girl or do any criminal is like normal by punished like death . i think in that case they are punished by public opinion like voting by public or their body given to public so that they will decided what to do with that rapist .
I m totally agree with you ,, punishment should be given to them but it should mean it too ,, not only called the punishment !! As this crime is the most henarious one and a shame on our country where the leading generation ” called womens ” are not safe !! but punishment doesn’t mean to hang them as every person desire to die will do this kind of shameful crime repeatedly !! so punishment should be a livefire or the same pain they had given to that girl ,,!! if public is responsilble for choosing the system then why cannt decide the rights??? keeping the same scenerio in mind those criminals should handover to the public and they will decide how to punish them ,, they too should bear the same paing they had given to that girl!! untill and unless people won’t have fear in their mind of laws and action they will lead crimes !!
Delhi gang rape is a very shameful presentation of Indian citizen. In this way it is sure that those are do it they are not to be excused by Indian government .They are really punished for their mistake.Their punishment is not a death for them but now check them that they can live in shameful condition or not n how they live their life. after that the decision should be taken.
Looking constitution we can’t torture them badly, we should move according to what law says. Its only our feelings which are asking and willing to watch those people tortured badly or to liosten about them that they are going from a very bad time. We will feel it justice but as i think death comes once, whether in a span of time or in a second, former is for torture n oder is hanged one.
Being human we should let them hanged as if we do torture then there is no differnce left in those 6 and ourselves. Our constitution was made after lots of thoughts n practices, let it run accordingly.
This is just one case there are thousands of women in india that are bieng raped every year some cases are registered some are unregistered so in my opinion following changes should be made:
* FAST TRACK COURTS SPECIALLY FOR RAPE CASES.
* ACCUSED SHOULD BE PUNISHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SET EXAMPLE TO OTHERS.
* STRICT LAW FOR RAPE CASES

So one more case, i don’t know why you all are getting shock for this accident , i mean no doubt its a shameful act but this is not the only one in fact its just a addition in the long list. Cases like these are very common and are at their heights , the society has come to such a mark that news like “father rapes are daughter” are becoming common.
When we talk about justice to the delhi girl who got raped everyone may think of giving capital punishment to the persons who did the act, “give them the hardest but the real justice will be the development of the feeling of freedom among the females in India” This feeling can only be developed when each and every male in india take oath not to do such ill acts ”
I think we need to improve ourselves rather than blaming the Policemen for the same.

Totally agree with the statement given above.To hang them till death should not be sufficient for those spoiled evil monsters.Firstly to make them impotent and them hang them will be the good punishment for them .It was totally disgusting act by them and this act is followed in Bhubaneswar few days back. don’t no why there is so late decision is taken by government to declare their punishment.Their identity must not be kept hidden and they should be punished as soon as possible. !!!!!

yes, I am also agree to your statement that we should give a extremely cruel punishment to these rapist. all these happen because our law is not too much strict. and this is also the main reason of corruption in india. if we see the law of Arabian countries where law is too much strict and that is the main reason that where corruption is very less as compared to other countries. And this type of gang rape cases never happen. So my suggestion is that we should modify our law & make it more strict. And my openion is that either hang that rapist to till death or make them impotent.
Yes i agree with your point. But my opinion is that the victim should be given the opportunity to make those criminals impotent.
I think this is the best way to take revenge from those guys. Hanging them isn’t the solution of this problem. Today its one incident, next time it will be more. We have to made those criminals realize that girls are not toys. And when it comes to girls, they become more powerful and nobody have the guts to mess with them.

Being a girl….The recent Delhi Encounter is all ,that I can think of!
Such an act that potrayes brutatlity and torture to women..belongs to lowest lowels ,on the humanity grounds.
The society belongs to men..its a patriarchial framework that we are dealing with and hence MEN are given the superior power,in every possible starta. But c’mon..look abck and think again..Are their really MEN..in the society. each male who has heard and known about this case..can’t do anything but could just glue his eyes to ground.

I,as a girl..don’t feel safe in the society anymore,and its an embaressment to every man,that lives in this country.

One has to stand for this.And I am proud of the youth of the country that,inspite of the tear gas attaks..lathi charge and other acts,from police…. they are asking for the same,via their protest,which is,i feel..very peaceful.
We need to have a change over.We need to improvise the very idea of JUSTICE that this country has ever witnessed.
Some brutal punishments..are what such culprits deserve.
We need some Fast trck courts,to get some fast judgements.
We need laws..and more than that,we need Strict foolow and check on those laws.

Definately there is a need of justice but,
1. Delhi gangrape case should not be limited to that girl, the all girls which have been faced it, they all need justice. So wathever punishment will be given it should be same in all the cases.
2. The laws and punishments should make more hard that it should create a best examples for future.
3. All the cases in the court should be solved as fast as possible.
this type of horreble or not acceptable act there are not requirement of this type of people inour socity,then tyse type of criminal will aggenst very powerfull steps to our govuernment and this type of crime has to become awerness to everyone to rule and punishment estabished by govenment.
Rape is one of the most inhuman act that a man can commit. It is an out and out statement on the filth that resides in the mind of an individual. Delhi rape case is one the worst and most shameful example of this demented act. The girl was not only sexually molested but was subjected to such inhuman acts that can tremble anyone’s soul. The act not only takes a physical toll but also affects the victim mentally. After going through so much she might not be able to lead a normal life. Moreover the society also plays its role in making life hard for her. It’s rare that a girl who has been raped will get a suitable groom for her. We need to change this attitude and make them understand she is still the same beautiful girl that she used to be.
Moreover the culprits should be summoned to rigorous punishment. Government should consider measures like chemical castration, bobbitization and make amendments accordingly to curbe this menace and ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
we talk about women-empowerment and world’s ninth most powerful women is from india, still here arises a question are women safe in our country? is this so called freedom setting limits for female citizens in our country? first shameful thing is that this incident happend in the heart of country and we were sleeping!! Another thing is still we are nt awake. why the government is taking so much time for taking action against such a brutal act? the accused should be hanged in open so as to set an example for other wolves in the attire of men. I would like to put one more strong point here and that is those 6 people were illeterate they were not aware of the fatal consequences of the infection or diseases caused through such act, so the point is if they were aware of it may be they would not have done this so brutally.
Nothing other than the death penalty for such acts can relieve our country of this pain!!
accorroding to me Delhi rape case and case like that only happen due to mantelity of our society. and due to very slow law system and if there is not any fear on person mind and they do that and there is community gape in some where .where if any girl raped then he sometimes doesnot tell to his relative because he fear that society only blame on her that he drunk ,go to bar .
In my opinion , the criminals hanging them till death..!!!
