Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.

Why we are discussing the topic now??? if we couldn’t make ourselves human, couldn’t make female feel that they are very secure, couldn’t make our children to respect a women as a mother, sister, kin and as a individual itself……
Justice is not sufficient if we hang the 6 volenteers of cruality.. We must clear our views 4 a women. Respect is a must change which we should bring in ourself…
Just prohibiting this evil f cruality in the society and not creating such a disgust is the real justice..
Delhi rape case is the most shameful act done by the devils who call them men. They made the whole nation to fell ashame. Hang till death is not the right punishment for them it is just like giving fruit to them. They should be made impotent and should be left to live in the same society so that no one else can ever thing of doing this with anyone else. Punishment should be decided fastely by govt. The whole nation is with her not showing the sympathy but a support.
There must be a severe punishment for that six people as they commit a very cheap and vulgour mistake which can never be forgive at any cost.They spoiled that girls life completely. The severe punishment to those guys will not only work out as a punishment for them but also a moral to other guys or people who have the cheap thinking. of course the girls respect and life cannot get back but still the rules of the government should be made so that the other can make own self safe in this country. The mentality of the people have to get change otherwise in this world no girl can make herself comfortable and easy outside the house. the more severe punishment the more will be the moral to the bad people who do not have respect for the girls. they commit this type of mistake as they dont have mother or sister.

Delhi Rape of the girl , Damini named by media is not only the example of this crime. Actually many crime is going on in our country. Within last 60 years, number of rape cases are increasing consistently.
Now we have to know about the base of the crime. Today many people comment on any girl which are going on the road just like, what a beautiful girl. Nobody stop those person. No any girl fight against those cheep boys due to any of fear. Cheep persons take that as his power, that’s their misunderstanding.
Now people must have to make unity and start fight against them. Those criminal should be given to the people that people can punish. Actually hanging is not a enough punishment for that crime. the person should be leave without hands and leg, those must cut. That’s the real punishment for them.
Its really shameful for the whole mankind to even think that a man could be so cruel to the same. But the focus should be shifted from the point that what punishment should be given to how the punishment is applicable. the major concern should be that what soever punishment is given to them should be stictly followed and even the style of giving that punishment should bear the anger and oppose from the whole nation to that sinful act. As the same punishment could be given in public.
Its a common thing that the faulters are encouraged because they know about the Indian Rules which are just left for suspensions . The punishments decided are not at all less . but we should aim at implementing these laws firmly rather than chanfing the laws. “After all Hang to Death” is not at all a reward.
I came to know from someone(“still not confirmed”) that convict’s who consume’s alcohol(during crime) cannot be sentenced to death for any crime…
therefor in my views all the six culprits should be handed over to the public gathered outside RASTRAPITI BHAVAN and rest the public will take away 10-10 gm of there flesh home.
This news has shaken the roots of Indian society and has shown its dark side. This is not just an cruel act but shows the cruelty can extend. Although, those people were drunk but this will not gonna spare them for what they have done.
They should be punished in such a way that whole society can learn an example from it, so that no one in the future dare to rape.
The biggest irony is that the lady governing the nation and Delhi has not taken any strong steps. In spite of taking some strong decision they are just promising what they did years ago in her election rallies.

Delhi Rape Case is worst thing done by unsocial people of this country.Every people feared by this case. Now,parent are tensed about their daughters.Those criminals must be punished who do like this act and the punishment will be hard. Hanging them till death is very simple punishment ,do same thing with those people , make impotent those criminals or culprits should be given to the countrymen. Every people of this county must protest for her.
I think hanging is the good punishment for rappist but it is very shameful for our indian peoples that here don`t respect to girls . From hanging the rappist firstly tell them about respect of girls . And i think every person wants to that hanging the rappist is good punishment .And it is right but5 together it we shall advise to all for do respect to girls or ladies .

Govt. should hang them as soon as possible and put an example to the country so that this kind of brutal cases can not happen again. Delhi rape case is a example for all indian citizen that it is wrong for all people if it is happen. In this case 6 people , they are not respect girls so punishment given by Highcourt. The culprits should be punished and punishment should be highly brutal by which no one ever think of this type of act. According to me punishment will be hanged till death. All six people are shameless.
Hanging to the criminals is not like the better punishment to them. We have to give a punishment like 25 years of jail. So they can understand the value of girls. In India we give the importance to the girls but some people or we can say the criminals have the bad mentality and they do they want. According to me we have to take care of all these things. We have that people which can do anything to protest these things. And Government should also support to take a better action.
So, we have to give a real punishment to the criminals instead of hanging out them.

The death penalty to the criminal is not the best decision as this will be not be a stoppage to this kind of act for killing someone we have act 302 which make a gulity to hang till death but then also the we are having this sort of crime in society.The main part is to make society more aware & more concern about this topic .We indian are emotional person we must treat them not by punishment like death but we have to change there thinking by using our old techniques from old tradition
Delhi rape case is a horrable rape case .I wish that punishment of this case is also should be horrable and the pain that is got by that girl is same given to that 6 person which are included in that rape case,so that nobody think about rape .
delhi rape case is one of the most brutial case i have ever seen..how guys from india can do this..india has been the most cultivated country and these type of incidents will definetely influence on citizens outside from our country.laws are there but they are not taken into account.untill and unless criminals are hanged to death such crimes will remain in our country..corrupted persons from our country who are in politics becoming like a obstacle to bring out the “hang till death” rule in india.they should understand that this can be happen to their childerns and relatives also..but i,behalf on myself, will truely say that if i could do something then i will give such a damage to the criminals mentally and physically that no one doesn’t dare to do this thing to other girls.guys should change their mentality about girls..government should bring out some new rules so that these type of cases can be stopped.

I am not agree as hanging till death is the only punishment for such curle peoples. By this midium of such punishment other curle should also learn the pain of doing wrong things with womens and in futre they didnot try even to thing for such activities in there life.
By this case life of girl totally spoiled here dreams, life all are no more . so hanging also teachs all curles from doing such thing in there life .

with this that hanging till death is not best option for the punishment.making impotent is good option. because it is all about mentally of people.. indian justice is providing brotherhood to such a pusillanimous characters. its always a life imprisonment for victim bt not the rapist..they should made imponent and live this would result in the rapist soul full of fears for future.
Respect can not be purchased by providing ladies special buses,cabs,etc but a strict law can definately make it..
I think the one who is victim of they rape should be allowed to openly declare the punishment for the culprits ,in case she is not in a condition to give herself justice then it should be be done in a fast track court. Because she is the one who has suffered.
