Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.
We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

girls are in very jeoperdy situation.the best way to give them the punishment is hang them till death.and they don’t give any reliability from the government.government now should understand the importance of women security.and death for those cruel people is the highest and best punishment presently.and the role of folks is very important today for the justice.and really they are going good at delhi and this is the right way to give a open challenge to the indian government.unless they cant wake up.
As we know, the whole country is threatened with a Delhi rape case on 16th Dec, 12, where a 23 years old paramedical student is raped by six people, the girl is in critical condition and fighting for her life. All the six rapists are arrested by police but they are not punished yet. This is the question of whole nation that why are they not punished yet, the nation demands capital punishment for those six people for their shameless act. But the government is not taking any action against them, for what it is waiting for..?? Is it waiting for few more cases to be happened. This is really a ridiculous thing that in a country where women are respected, such type of shameless acts occurs here.
The whole nation is protesting against this case and praying for the life of innocent girl, we really want a safe nation for women, where there is no place for criminals and rapists, we want a Government who listens the voice of public and take serious action against such cases and criminals, we want the people who raise their voice against crime and help the other people when they are in need.
oh god what is this going in India such a shameless incident took place in Delhi , under the eyes of the central government, a girl being raped by 6 persons in the moving bus.I would like to say that the culprits should be hanged to death as soon as possible.
Their is the rule in constitution of India that if the persons are drunked and then they have raped the girl
than they will not be hanged to death, I personally think that rules should be changed and the crime that they have done their is no substitute except hanging to death,so that the person will think 10 times before doing such a shameless activity.

The most disappointing thing which we got to see during all the presentations made by people across country was the lethargic & an unsatisfactory response given by the people in power(the parliament),when the first thing taught to us about the parliament of India is- “political structure which is of the people,for the people & by the people” then why these people representatives not coming forward with their personal views regarding this cruel act without giving a second thought to their personal losses or benefits & truly stand for HUMANITY at first.
I also emphasize that by sentencing these devils with the punishment should not be the only end of this but this issue has brought in light the “act of cruelty” which is a shame for our society and not only this but in country like India where females are worshiped as goddess on one hand & facing problems like this on the other hand ,this problem should be crushed down by setting an example which would shiver even the soul of those who have sick mentality like this.
Those rapist should be given a death punishment but after a long torture of humiliation, disgrace & this should be continued till they regret their birth.
But their final death verdict should be sentenced according to the victim’s wish.( I really pray for her to get well soon so she could see how people have come for her support & she should live rest of her life with no regrets.)
i think a strong decision shoud be taken against those people.and they should have hang till death.then a strong message for all message for all person.Delhi rape case is not a newly generated topic we have came across and there are still lots unresolved cases are undergoing and got w0oorried in the files .
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment for them. The rapist should go through the same victim. or decision of punishment should leave on that girl because they spoil that girl’s life. Girl will feel ashamed her whole life and also her parents and relatives should feel same. No good boy will not marry that girl so her life is totally distrubed . Thus Indian government should decide their punishment as soon as possible according to the girls choice and make a law that nobody will think to do such a shamefulact
i think that only that girl has correct right to give punishment to those rapists.it should be totally her decision either to hang them or make them impotent or any other punishment.only in this way only the girl can get complete justice.as soon as the girl recovers the decision taken by her must be compiled by the Indian government but in any situation the rapists should not be released.
In this case, whatever punishment given to these 6 people is less for their crime. But the COURT and the GOVERNMENT must set the example by giving the justice as soon as possible. Also the punishment given to them should be such that the crime is not repeated elsewhere again. DECISION should not be delayed.
i think culprits of delhi rape case should be given such a punishment so that it should be a chapter to
learn. so that before doing such a shameful attempt they should scare of law.
hanging can not be given because it is not in law but should amendment law such that further doing of such a attempts can be stopped.
moreover we will have to teach our community about women respect. so our basic education should
bring such a change.
justice can never be given in one day because crime can never to done in one day and its not that the day on with crime happened id the main day but its a gradual process that makes it happen on that day…yes ,the crime was horrorious and it has dezaled the huamn thoughts abt humanity…the people who did it should be penalized but was they only responsible for it..had they been much literate,financial strong,mentally and emotionally gud ,it could have reduced the the risk of life for that gal..had they have fear of law they would have done it..if drugs,narcotics and wrong practices would have been curved she would have not suffered…on other hand that act of gang rape yes gangrape and with in insertion of rod nad destroying har completely is brutal and they should me justiced because yes its their character and human emotions that made it happen
thats just a shame to india ……. this justice should be a great example of judgement that will shiver every single who even think about such as shameful act…….rather it should be hanging till death after giving 3rd 4th 5th dgrees …..so that they realize what they have really done!……….
it is humilate case for our society. it case shows a complete failure of administration for providing security to woman in india.the law should be change for rape cases.in this case.and try to find out where is our prime minister and president now days.the guys and girls which were demanding justice for them they had beaten .so what the administration want to proof

delhi rape case is a very very humiliate case for us.this case is show how our women safe in india.this case shows ous bad politics system.i can not think that a person can do like this .i think a strong decision shoud be taken against those people.and they should have hang till death.then a strong message for all message for all person.and our government should take a proper and fast decision on this case. and should make a proper bill on like cases.and we should think that these type things make a bad country.

This shows incapability of laws we made to protest women concluded we are lacking in law deployment also .If these guys are suppose to be hang then it must be mandatory to every criminal in future as it going in china .

Strongly agree because this is very shameful for our society and country. This punishment will be a lesson for those all who do like this and nobody will even think about doing such criminal offence. Thus rape cases will decreases and position of girls in society will strenthen.

I think hanging them till death is an appropriate punishment. Spending thousands of rupees just for seeing them crying in pain and guilt is not such a very wise decision. More over, few of the rapists have even realised their mistake and are ready for the death sentence. They have done the severest of crimes, hang them and full stop. Case over.
Let the nation tell that their is no room for such demons here.

Delhi is the rape capital of India, a girl is raped after every 18 hours in Delhi. The topic which is given today is focused on only one hedous crime which took place in a moving bus. A 23 year old girl was raped and then thrown out of a moving bus. This sparked a rage all over the country and especially in Delhi. The whole rage concentrated only on this hedious crime.
The whole country is demanding for the harshest punishment possible to the culprit of this crime, and it is right upto some extent, but I would like to give an opinion of my own on this whole issue. Although crime should be punished but it should be done in an ordered and unbiased manner. What was done to Kasab was a great example. The whole world appreciated India’s stand as what was done was humane and by the book. If we don’t do everything in this ordered way then there will be no difference between us and these criminals. A fair trial should be given to everyone without discremenating on the basis of there cast, colour, religion or sex.
So, finally i would like to conclude by saying that no matter how hedious a crime is, a person should always has the opportunity of a fair trial.
The inhuman act done by the culprits of the Delhi rape case is aweful even to describe.The victim should be given proper justice by making the devils being handled in most of the cruel and the voilent way the same way they tortured the 23 old delhi girl.
They should be hanged to death in front of the public or beaten until death comes, in the busiest of the places in delhi and a this will set a message for those who do such bewildered acts.This would be the most satisfying outcome for the victim and her family.
The government has a vital role to play here with the cops and should inculcate strong and harsh laws with the implementation of fast track courts for such incidents.

I came to know from someone that convict’s consumed alcohol before any crime cannot be sentenced to death(“still not confirmed”).
according to my view the convicts for DELHI RAPE CASE should be handed over to the public gathered at RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN and rest the public will distribute and take away 10-10gm of there flesh. and further if still alive they should be made shot dead by the victim girl.
Hope this would be a proper punishment
according to Indian law penal,making them impotent is illegal;even the criminals have some rights but in my view to hell with their rights,even they did not care about law and rights should be for those who abide law.capital punishment would be too easy for them,making them impotent is impractical as it is against Indian penal and so long time waiting of the case is a possibility.they should be given mental trauma or any other punishment along with capital punishment.
its not just about giving punishment,its about giving punishment on time not after 1 year or 100 years of time span.
PUNISHMENT GIVEN SHOULD BE TOUGH AND IMMEDIATE.
