Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

As we all know this case is a big issue now,we youths only have to change the system and should fight against it and force government to pass a law for it . “Damini” the name of the raped girl ,what is the mistake of that innocent girl who is an physiotherapist intern in AIIMS , Delhi. She can live her life in a normal way as we all do but she decided to work for us that is we the common people .she wanted to serve for the country but those rapist don’t allow her to do so .
Yes those rapist who are not the human beings but the monsters who have no respect for women may be don’t have sisters and mothers at their home .
Those monsters should be hanged till death but that is also not enough for them .As father of the late girl said to pass a law on the name of that girl against these monsters , we all should also support him its for the security of girls and girls should and must support it .
till now government has passed some new laws but WE WANT MORE let us stay on this until we get a strict law against those monsters .
delhi rape is a more tedious case in indian history this show the vast cruality of human mind and its take us in 100 year back there lot of wrong thing is done by the socity on women ,now its not a question of one damini its a question of thousand of damini those were molested in every ,every part of india .now this issue invoke the all indion mind they were together at a time so its time socity should have changed his mind and take a action such of action because its happen your daughter and mother ,generally we said gov. not serious about this issue but i thing gov. not responsible this issue because of we a part our system and if we to remove this type of crime so we should chang the mind of our socity
I think that hanging all the people which are involve in this case. Goverment and Supreme coart must make the hart act for that and make the fast track coart for care cases.
I am against the statement of Sashir Thurur who said that spread the name of victim girl and make the act for that girl. Rape is the worst thing becuse its can stop the life of one girl. I do the protest and my sympethy with that girl family.

Delhi rape case was a great set back to Indian democracy and Indian security policies.
this showed us the gap in the security measures taken by govt for the benefit of women and children.
according to me, in my opinion death penalty or life imprisonment alone would not provide any justice to the brutality done to the victim or to the death of the victim.
the culprits must go through the pain what the victim suffered and finally the pain should lead to their death.
the intestines of the culprits must also be removed so that they can only survive on liquid diet and they should be made impotent or their sexual organs to be harmed to extent will the pain of their will never be minimized and left for praying for their mercy death(life imprisonment).
govt should go for harsh action against the rapists and a strong law should be passed for strengthening the security system for women in India.

I appreciate the courage of the girl the 23 year old victim who gave the statement to the police in that condition also so that they can be punished, The punishment like hang to death is the right punishment as the all the culprits also murdered the girl but only hang to death in not the solution because it will be easy one and they’ll not feel the pain that the girl felt. So i suggest that the chemical castration should be done So that they can feel which kind of crime they’ve been committed.. Apart from this people should also change there mentality and the society should change so that this kind of brutal crime would not be commited by any one.
I’ve seen that protesters were beaten up in the lathicharge by the corps and the Government was not doing anything.

I strongly believe that hanging is not sufficient punishment for those criminals, as 3 of them are already demanding for that punishment but what are our demands over this issue? We want they must be punished in such a way that they must not get any fulfillment of any kind in their whole rest life.

One question also arising in my mind that If our Government can send the victim to the Singapore why cannot it send the criminals to the Saudi Arab for proper justice?

A very heinous crime has been occurred in the capital of the country. A girl has been gang raped by 6 people. All the country has been in shame for such a intolerable crime.
The capital punishment should be given to those culprits. Death sentence is not the only solution for stopping the violence against girls. The strict law has been made by the government so that no man can even thought of doing such a crime. There should be more securities facilities for girls. The should make laws before the incident not after the accident.
I as a girl personally feel unsafe in my own country. Feel like i am orphaned in my own country. I would also like to add one request in this comment that please look after those people who has been protesting in Delhi for 9 days and among them ,two of them had eat anything..Please look over them don’t let them feel they are orphaned in his own country.
So its a request that please make a death sentence law even more harder than that for such culprits.

I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment for them.Punishment should be highly brutal by which no one would ever think of this evil act.The rapist should go through the same phase as the girl gone through.It is humilate case for our society. This case shows a complete failure of administration for providing security to woman in india,the law should be change for rape cases.This shows incapability of laws we made to protest women concluded we are lacking in law deployment also .

I totally agree with the statement. As of today we can see that girls are not safe in India and that is because of the narrow minded peoples. Hanging all those 6 accused to death is not a worth solution. As we all are aware what sort of pain she went through and we don’t want the criminals to be hanged till death as it would be the easiest and painless punishment for them. They should go through chemical castration, mental harrasment , electric shocks and should feel the pain .
Day before yesterday an article was published in newspaper – “KAHIN BI JAO,BUT DELHI NI”
It reflects the image of our capital to its people.
Why girls are not safe in their capital itself ?

i completely agree with all the reply. i think this is the worst crime . the whole country wants justice but there is no punishment gave to the 6 people till now it is very shamefull for us an our government . till now they do not gave any decision and punishment to all 6 people . the punishment must gave to the accused of the rape is only hangged up till death…the girl suffers the worst condition so the thing happens to the accused. and i said just one thing we want justice as much as possible.
Delhi gang rapped victim has died she can not or never comes to in our life .but her feeling who he tolerated by culprits is really very brutalized story .So i just want to for all that type of culprits give punishment in front of world as same as Damini has tolerated by them. It is a really matter of shame for our whole country whatever has happened few days back.We all took part in protest and the country wants justice.Till now, the actions are not been taken and according to me the rapists should not “only” hanged. This will not be a justice,to give them such an easy death. According to me,even those people should be a given a pain so that they can realize the misery.The government should follow the way the treatment is given to the people of Saudi Arabia who are commiting such shameless crimes.

firstly they should be beaten badaly.a strong decesion should be taken against them.I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment for them. The rapist should go through the same victim.

Rapist deserve death after proper investigation through Fast track court which give the decision at most in one month .
