Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.
We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

As we all Know this is most shameful case that had happened recently in delhi .
We are living in a democratic country where there are equal rights for every women and man. Now,the limit has been crossed .We Indians can’t still mum.
Now its time to raise the voice together against these crimes .
Being a Indian I want Justice for that victim .

A very heinous and heart thrilling incident happened in our capital city.it will shivered all the people especially womens.
In my perspective there shoud be strict and hard rule for these people who does these type of things.these rascals shouldnot be simply hanged to death they should be punished in such in such a way so that they itself beg for their death. girls are in very jeoperdy and critical situation situation,but we shouldnot loose hope .
The whole country is threatened with a Delhi rape case on 16th Dec, 12. It is really a very shameful and intolerable crime. I totally agree from the above statement that hanging till death to these devil is not enough. We should punish them very hardly and let other people know what is the result of these crimes, so that no one can bring into their minds thoughts about rape or to molest any girl. Girls should also feel free to work anywhere anytime around the world. Afterall our culture gives very big essence for placing a position of women like godess. Then how could those Devils thought of doing rape??
A very heinous crime has been occurred in our country that a girl has been gang raped by 6 people.
She need justice as well as the law for punishment for those people how had done this crime.
She want that this thing can not happen again with the other girl.Goverment should make a law or rule for thhose peple that if this happen again and you are the suspect of this then you should be hang up in publically.
Or shout out that person how had done that crime.this thing shows that this is your last mistake after that your life is finished.So it make a fear for that person.
I request to all my dear friens that change your mently about the girls .I also gave the advice to girl that you should also bear not that type of dress which would create the problem to you.because in India

the very crime has been occurred in the capital country in delhi. a girl is gang rape so very bad by 6 people.all the cities increasing the crime .The strict law has been made by the government so that no man can even thought of doing such a crime.The should make laws before the incident not after the accident.
So Govt. must take a hard step toward these kinda serious problems and make hard rule for them..
Hanging to the criminals is not like the better punishment to them. We have to give a punishment like 25 years of jail. So they can understand the value of girls. In India we give the importance to the girls but some people or we can say the criminals have the bad mentality and they do they want.govt.is make the hardely rules in follow in my country.
I feel Shame for being the citizen of the country were such type of act still take place to the innocent girl and according to my opinion the hanging to death is not the right way for those criminals according to the act what they have done.
If the government decide that hanging to dead is the right option then it adversely effect to that who suffrering from this accident because she can,t find her result.Due to the so firstly the government improve there terminologies ownself ans then punish them as many as punishment they able to give.I think india have a lot of man-power and technology but the reason is they cannot use it because of the corruption,the people are on the right foot on and they surely make the government realize so that no more happenings may be committed in the country.
Those people must be impotent then they will relies what they have done. This punishment will be better and no one else in the future will try to commit such type of hilarious crime.
Rape is a shameful act.People who do this should be put next to Terrorists.It shows their ill mentality and such persons should not be further regarded as a part of Society .The Whole Nation is Shocked to see what happened in Delhi a few days ago.I think all these kind of activities are increasing in number just because there is no Strict law in our country for Rape cases.Govt should pass such a law and the rapists must be given such punishments by which people will get scared for doing such a heinous act.
I totally agree with the statement given above..To hang them till death should not be sufficient for those spoiled evil monsters.Firstly to make them impotent and then hang them will be the good punishment for them .its a very heinous act done by some illegal persons of our own society.I think this is not the first, last or a brand new incident in India. Such cases are frequently happens in India in some way or the other, some of them get expose and some remain unnoticed. The question is how to put a ban on such type of activities and give them a easy death or hanging till death is not at all an answer. They should be punished pubically in front of all and the punishment should be such which produce terror among people same as this case produce in parents of a girl child. They should be given the amount of pain which was given to that innocent girl, so that in future no one can dare to even think about doing such an activity.
What happened to the Delhi rape case victim, was really a terrifying incident which shows the amount of humanity left within some people. Around 18 days after the horrific incident and few days after the death of the victim, no justice has been done to the victim and her family. Though the perperators have been caught and have confessed about their crime, no punishment has been given to them even though the case is crystal clear. There have only been assurances from the government but no action has been taken. When will criminals be given a piece of their own cake. We have heard only words from police and politicians but no concrete steps have been taken until now. People are demanding death for the 6 people convicted but i feel they should be let to die so easily. Instead they should be given such a punishment that they feel the pain of that girl!
as far as i am concern this is a cruel crime for this crime culprit should be impotent. so that they donot do this again they spoil the other person life .to see this case they should be punished and goverenment should ponder over it not only to improve infrastructure.
This is one of the topic which we hear now a days.
Now my question for every one..

In my point of view this is one of the big problem since many year but no one take stand..
but this news thundur us deep inside.

I am also a girl. After hering ths news i am also fear to go some place alone.
So our system have to change and give that type of strict punishment ,so no one dare to do this with any girl.
for delhi rape case, i would say that the rapists should be hung till death and also there should be made a law by the government which says that culprit should be hung whenever any person is found to be indulged in this act. As this would set an example to all the bad people in india that who are involved and also being involved in this act. Also the females would feel very relieved when this law would be made and also would be able to go anywhere they want lonely also. Also i would say … HANG FOR ONE TIME AND SEE THE EFFECT FOR LIFETIME..
if we talk about delhi rape case it just shameless thing about the indians .many leaders said that girl should change own dressing style .i just say that if want to stop that cheep thing so change thoughts about girls and last system should acc. to this generation because they still run system acc. to 18s and 17s generation. if we focus on previous chartsheets of rape case we find nos of rape case without justice . but that rape focus on that and nos of youth support that girl (damini).

According to me Delhi rape case s a very humiliating case for us.
The victim suffered from lot of pain and this is very shameful for us. After this case many other rape cases happened, due this this i feel that India is not a safe place for girls. After this case every girl is scared before being out from her home.
Therefore, punishment should be given to the criminals. To be hanged till death is a very small punishment to them because this will lead to a pain of only few minutes. Therefore punishment should be severe for them, so that other man who have thinking like those people learn and avoid this kind of crime.

that rape case which was occured in Delhi,a girl has been raped by 6 people.That was very shamful for those peoples who does’nt have respect for women.i think that rapist will deserves death sentence.and the strict law made by the govt. for that type of people so that nobody can do such type of crime..
In my view people of India don’t have any fear of anything, nowadays rape incidents is a part of a daily life.
Teasing or molesting someone is part of any girl’s life, anyone anywhere can pass a comment to a girl and no one can do anything in the opposition of it.
Delhi rape case is one of the cruelest incident i ever heard about.. Accused cross all the limits of humanity not even any beast behaves like this.
According to me government have to pass a strict law against these types of incidents. These delhi case accused have to hang to death.

Also the punishment given to them should be such that the crime is not repeated elsewhere again. DECISION should not be delayed.

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE CASE . IT IS NOT ONLY A CASE WHICH WE ARE SEEING FIRST TIME . IT HAS ALREADY BEEN HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES IN INDIA. SO WE SHOULD TAKE AN ACTION FOR IT. EVERYONE WILL HAVE TO WAKE UP.WE SHOULD NEVER FORGET IT AND ESPECIALLY OUR GOVT.GOVT SHOULD MAKE SOME STRICT LAWS FOR IT.SO THAT NO ONE COULD DO THIS AGAIN.

I think that it is very heinous crime occure in our country . it is bed for any country because it can decease our country repo in Would . according to me the govt should provide a harsh punishment to the rapists.
their intestines must be removed and their sexual organs must be harmed to the extent that they can not survive the pain and ultimately lead to their death,.

life imprisonment and death penalty alone are not sufficient.
well as far as i am cocernd there is no punishment which is sufficient for these kind of crimes but stil the hanging till death must be given to all the rapist as well as who are part of the crime.There must be a kind of punishment so that noone will dare to do it again.

I totally agree with the above statement that hang till death is not sufficient for those cruel criminals who have killed all the human values . The news that in 2012 our life will be ended had come accross to be true because humanity has ended after this cruelity.
So i request to our government to make their laws so strict that each n every persons thinks before attemting such crime. i hope that ,that girl and her parents get justice very soon.
