Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.

This case is example of highest level or limit of eve teasing that is very common problem of our society.
i think justice for this kind of crime like rape, any other kind of eve teasing etc.all the person who are responsible for all these crime should be hanged on in front of society.
In my views we should give the harsh punishment to them so that no body can even think of this doing again. Now a days people thought that girls are responsible for the rape cases. I have only one question to them that a 3 year old girl can invoke anybody to rape her. I feel ashamed that I was born in India where after spoiling the one innocents life,culprits are still alive and they are left after few months or year punishment and again they started their normal life.
I strongly feel that punishment for these culprits are to impotent their private part so that they never did such type of acts again.
In our country where the common saying is “ladki lakhshami ka roop hoti h” . I don’t undrestand people are treating the goddess lakshmi in this way.
Atlast I want to say that the law should have some strong punishment for these type of culprits so that it would never happen again with any girl..
delhi rape case- firstly it is not only about that girl talk it about our safety, our sisters and cosins matters because this matter showed us lots of awareness about such crimes. rapes are not only metro cities but also in small cities so we have to punish that guys such a bad ways so that no one can think to attaims like this crime. for sack of our safety please make awareness and put this issue in small cities too.
hang out is not enough for those criminals,government put them into jail for life time and torcher them daily so that he feels what she feels that time.as they raped the girl ,in the jail daily their should be some things done so that they think why they commited such an unacceptable crime..disturb them till their last breath until and unless they ask their death…….
this was a heartbreaking case in our socaiity. to remove this a step should be taken against rapist . In india firsly should give death penlty to those men. like arabic country, we should follows islamic rules for a rapist. then only punishment is death, because after rape girls suffers whole life .every second ,every minit girl who has been raped died.as we can see india is on third position in rape case from the statistics in india 22 girls has been raped and the age group in college going girs , why is this age limit n second fact that kown man of girls do this with her , ITS TIME TO THINK N TAKE THE ACTION .

It was the brutality of this incident which has brought many of the citizen of our country to join hands for the justice for the girl , but the question arises that why such a incident was led to happen and why we all waited as this enormity crime has been taking place in our country for long no strong action was taken then but this time the citizen have joined hands to get the justice and get the righteous justice for the girl , and we wont get justice until either death penalty our other strong law are implemented for the people who are part of these crimes and the one who are accused in this case .
In this rape case all the things should be changed for girls as girls are not safe in India, they need to make a particular law to punish the person who did the thing or raped.
Hanging the rapists is not only sufficient they have to feel the pain that whatever they done and made other pain too much and making others life complicated.
A fast track court should take the decision to make it process fast and the rapist should get tortured and beg for death and make rapist realize what they have done and ruined someone’s life.
This is what they need to be done and hanging them is very easy death so,make them realize their mistake and they should feel the pain also. And, a proper law should be made to stop all the things and make life safe of everyone.

delhi rape case is live case which shows that people become so insane about the humanity and towards the woman.i think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment ,their need to develope a fear that if they commit such type of crimes they will get hard punishment for it. punishment does not decrease the crimes but the fear of brutal punishment might help in decrease in crime rate.
The whole nation is protesting against this case and praying for the life of innocent girl, we really want a safe nation for women, where there is no place for criminals and rapists, we want a Government who listens the voice of public and take serious action against such cases and criminals, we want the people who raise their voice against crime and help the other people when they are in need.

In my opinion just hanging to death can never be the ultimate solution nor can provide the ultimate justice to nirbhaya.I think that that must be made impotent and they should be slaughtered in public,this step can definitely create some fear in the minds on any man in future so that he cannot even dare to think about it.
It is very much essential that a strict rule or law must be passed so as to prevent any further incident and maintain the dignity and pride of our nation.

According to me the biggest ju7stice that can be done to this case is that government,we people,everybody should change their mentality and none of these cases should be reported in future bt unfortunbately that is not happening because after this delhi rape case 56 cases of rape has been reported that is we can clearly see no justice is done.Government should take such actions that no man even thinks to rape a girl.

The boys should not be hanged rather they should have their legs or hands cut so that they can feel the pain. The main cause of all this is our government itself.The prime minister and Sonia Gandhi are main cause of this they themselves rely on each others decision.Our countrywill face the same problem again and again if the system is not changed. This shameful act of those 6 people has made us realise that still our country do not respect girls , and for them the girls are just a mere toy by which they can do anything they want to. The culprits should be punished and punishment is to become impotant by which no one would ever think of this evil act. One must realise that girls are not PARAYADHAN but RASHTRADHAN. I agree that the rapist should get hard punishment as whole country is waiting for the government’s decision. They should be hanged till death because the girl had suffered alot and died, her family is also suffering because of this. The whole country is against all this and is tryin their best to get justice for the victim. And as well that girl died but still she hope that the victims should be punished to spoil her life and after her death her family is suffering. The government should take action to this incident as soon as possible. So, that other people shoul think hundredrs times before doing such a bad act.
The recent delhi rapped case was heinous crime. There must be capital punishment like hanging for criminals. A strong law for punisment against culprits immediately come in constitution so that such an incident is not be repeated again.
This atrocious crime is the big faze or challange for people speacilly due to this women faces many problem. My interpretation is that government should be come strong punisment’s law so that such crime erased totlly from country. I think goverment is lazy about it and not free to some politics. i just totally agree with you cause hanging them till death is just not only the punishment that they should be given cause the pain that the girl had been gone through is very big which we can’t even assume so according to me they must left on road tied on the main roads and places and the people passing through that road must b allowed to slap them and this must be continued for 3 4 days and then they must be then be hang out in a public place.
In my opinion, accused to be should be discarded from the society in terms all aspects. They should not be allowed to move in any public places or any happenings. Apart from that giving them the physical punishment should also be included.Making them impotent will make then realize their mistake through their life. But the death of girl is great lose because she was the direct evidence to the court proceedings. Capital punishment should be amended as a direct law for a such rape cases.
JUSTICE HAS BEEN DENIED AND IF IT HAS TO COME IN THIS WAY BY PROTEST WE ARE ALL ON SET FOR IT.Either such cases should be stopped by changing the mentality towards one sex or let all females should be allow to protect themselves in any mean they can. they should be kept live.. they should be tourtured each day.. that each day punishment should be forecasted on daily basis or each day punishment should be given publicity. As far as we are concerned are we so selfish that we even cant protect a girl. she was thrown on the road far almost 2 hours and no one dared to take that girl to the hospital . Why is that so????
