Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.
We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

i agrred with this that whole country wants a hard punishment for them and give her a justice.only hang for those 6 cruel person is not enough because what about her pain?she was alone and they was 6.so i think the punishment should be 6 times harder then capital punishment.government order them to cut their hand and leg with tongue and left them on road to beg so they will remember how much they beat her.so that no one again try to do such in future.so that we can creat a save nation for girl.Then half of their life they shold given a capital punishment. cruel needs a cruel punishment to repair…always thanxx………
Delhi Rape Case can prove to be blessing in disguise only if suitable punishment is given to the rapists. The government should look to set a benchmark in case of crimes as big as rape. Death penalty should definitely be implied but just just hanging criminals to death wont help. Torture before death should be considered as the punishment for the criminals. The torture then death will make fear arise in the minds of people and they wont dare repeat such an incident. Sending these rapists to Abu Gharib Prison will definitely help the cause and could help reduce crime as big as rape.
it’s not a rape but it’s killing of humanity.india has need to make laws for these sick kinds of people. according to me for such kind of victims deserve punishment like “hang till death”,those are forgetting that person who gives birth is also a women. lastly indians have need to raise their voice for protection of girls,so we never see again.

A fast track court to try sexual offence cases against women was inaugurated here by Chief Justice of India Altamas Kabir who advocated speedy trial of the case relating to the December 16 gangrape of the 23-year-old girl.
“It’s good to know that after the December 16 tragic incident, people have started raising their voice on crime against women,”
The CJI, however, said blame game should be avoided and the case of the paramedic, which is in the “public eye”, should be decided on fast track.
Blame game will not serve anything. We have to go to the root of the problem. This case, which is in the public eye, should be decided as early as possible.
And in last i want to say that hanging till death is an easy punishment for them,according to me fast track court should have to give that type of punishment so that each & every person of the entier nation to think 10 times to perform that cruel activity.
Where there is a mistake ,there will be a punishment. but what if the mistake is blunder??
Yes , there should be some strong action should be taken by the gove. to teach the lesson for every one . If there would be no strong sentence then the case like RAPE will never be ended.
1.India is the 2nd Largest country where after every @4 minute , there will be one Rape case.
2. After every 54 minute , There will be one girl, who will be victim of any of the danger like Dowery case or etc.
This happens with such a large rate because India does not have strict rules.

Justice to rape will only occur when people will change their outlook towards women.In india, where the value of women is just like a toy to play with,these kind of cases have always occured and will always occur.The problem is with the customs and traditions which are taught to us to keep men at higher level and get ruled by him is the ultimate reason.Hanging the culprits will not ensure that these kind of activities will not further take place.In fact, girls are not safe in their house also,They get physically abused there itself.What kind of justice will you bring there??

I am totally agree with the above statement…. hanging them till death is not the sufficient punishment for such evils. Their should be more harsh punishment for them. They should be first sent to dark cell for years, so that, they cannot see the sunlight.
And only punishment is not the solution of this case. A very harsh law should be made for such cases. If a person do such evil stuff, they should be punished as soon as possible.
according to my view The whole nation is protesting against this case and praying for the life of innocent girl, we really want a safe nation for women, where there is no place for criminals and rapists, we want a Government who listens the voice of public and take serious action against such cases and criminals, we want the people who raise their voice against crime and help the other people when they are in need.girls,women, are not saved.
Delhi gang rape was a tremendous shameful incident which will directly reflect our disrespect towards women. I am with the whole country for justice. The people say that girls should move forward at the same time girls have no security and safety. the biggest drawback for this case is the irresponsibility of police department. as we compare the police department of Maharashtra which is too active in their activities as a result we have less rape cases there. government should improved the this type of departments. that girl was not only the victim of that case but this case spread the fear in the hearts of all the nation girls. we lose our safety. so we want justice and government should take a hard step towards the culprit.
Dehli rape was an slap on humanity.and an brave girl died in this accident and all the indian were against to indian system and indian goverment.but i want to say that we will have to fight together common people and indian goverment both.
Beause when this accident was happend just after some days a rape case registered in police file that was happend in MUMBAI but none of the people came ahead for this accident even goverment was not fucusing on that accident that was happend in mumbai.
So friends if we want true justice then we will have to improve our humanity and our behaviour with girls.
In my belief, the crime committed by the 6 is most henious and death penalty is not enough. The culprits should be held behind bars for their entire life so that they do net get to escape from their life in one go but experience a full life punishment. The right judgement in this case will not only give justice to NIRBHAYA damini but will also serve as an example to all other people so that they would never think of doing such an activity.

Firstly to make them impotent and them hang
them will be the good punishment for them .It was totally disgusting act by them and this
act is followed in Delhi Bus Case. I don’t no why there is so late decision is taken
by government to declare their punishment.All the criminals under the jail and arrested so why owe are waiting for judgement. I think we must cut their hands and legs after that give capital punishment.
Their identity must not be kept hidden and they should
be punished as soon as possible. So that girls feel they are living in independent india.
Delhi rape case is really a big issue and reflect our backwardness and narrow thinking of people.It brought a new zeal power among people to fight and overcome it.The whole nation is fight to get the justice and to got a solution to solve such problem in future.These problem are increasing day by day and many people play with the life of innocent girls.But now it’s the time to stop it and take a strick step to reduce it.There must be a rule to hang the rapist in between the public so for the next time people will have a fear for doing such shameful thing.I think that government should take a decision as soon as possible on Delhi Rape case and give justice for a girl who is no more.We wish to make our country forward,give rights to women and on other hand such rubbish things are happen.It really a shameful thing for our country and we must come together and fight against it to save our women and give the chance to rise them with a bright full future.
As all we aware about the Delhi Rape on 16 dec 2012. A very famous qutation is TIT FOR TAT.So i think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment for these people because they did not only raped with that girl hearted that girl every second so they also give the death in this way so that they know what they do .
and Goverment should created some rule regarding women security.

Their is the rule in constitution of India that if the persons are drunked and then they have raped the girl
than they will not be hanged to death, I personally think that rules should be changed and the crime that they have done their is no substitute except hanging to death,so that the person will think 10 times before doing such a shameless activity.
There still remains still a question mark on if the deceased girl of the delhi rape case will justice if the three accused will be given harsh punishment which they deserve from doing this enormity crime . BUT IT WAS THE BRUTALITY OF THE INCIDENT WHICH MADE ALL THE CITIZENS AND SPECIALLY THE YOUTH OF THE COUNTRY TO JOIN HANDS FOR GETTING THE JUSTICE OF THE GIRL WHO SUFFERED LIFE ENDING INJURIES BECAUSE OF WHICH SHE DIED . THE JUSTICE WILL BE GIVEN TO HER ONLY AND ONLY IF THE STRONGEST OF PUNISHMENT IS GIVEN TO THE ACCUSED SUCH THAT THESE INCIDENTS NEVER TAKE PLACE IN OUR COUNTRY EVER.
After watching and listening to all that is happening in the country and in some parts of the world regarding the Delhi rape case, I just do not understand that why only for some cases at some particular times such protests are being made, why such things do not happen for each and every single crime that occurred and has been occurring all over the country!?
What will people get by getting justice in this particular case, what about those cases that haven’t been paid attention to ever?
Yes, I do believe that justice is crucial in this case but the measure this time should be taken so severely and to such an extent that criminals couldn’t even think of attempting the crime especially the crimes like rapes in which sometimes the victim do not die physically but mentally and soulfully she dies for forever; and that too alive.
In this Delhi gang rape case,i personally feel that saying humans to these persons is not right because what they have done is against humanity and they can be be called devils not less than that.

The culprits should be punished and punishment should be highly brutal by which no one would ever think of this evil act. Delhi Rape Case …….which always brings tears in my eyes .Its very unfourtunate that the victim is died,and still the criminals haven’t been punished yet.this is all due to slow procedure of Court. Well I think that the Rapist should be given a very brutal punishment .so that whenever any one tries to do the same won’t do it due the fear of punishment.
the Rapist should be not just hanged,but first they should be treated like Animals,They should be left in front of public in naked form so that they will get ashamed of it.and will fell the same thing which that girl felt.
and then after treating them in such a brutal way,after that they should be hanged till dealth.

Delhi rape case- A heart shocking monstrous,terrible incident happened that actually a shame for india all over the world,it really represents that such a mentally ill peoples live in india who have no right to even have a life given by god..these people are not scared of doing such a bad,terrible crime because of the loopholes in laws passed by government..such a weak law..
and still the government is not in mood to redefine and restrict the law..that shows how much our politician are reckless regarding the safety for the womens and girls of India…

I agree with you, because criminals done very shameful work,we can not forgive them, punishment must be given to them so that they and all other people forgot to do this kind of thing again. this is very important to give this type of punishment to people who did this type of work so that they did not do again.
