Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”
Adding to above point there can be a contradictory statement as well and that can be as Follows
Indian women are them selves responsible for current situation of theres and Now government is adding more to it

All women Post office , what more?
This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

DEHLI RAPE CASE clearly shows people are not at all frightened of laws. after this rape case even many people are still doing this unnecessary activities. There should be strict rule, so that these people think twice before commenting these illegal activities.we talk about women-empowerment and world’s ninth most powerful women is from india, still here arises a question are women safe in our country?
The answer to this is women are not at all safe , are needed to be protected by forwarding some rules.
This is really a ridiculous act , we as an Indian are embarrassed because of such shameless acts occur here.
i think those criminals should be so hardly so that nobody can do this type of crime again in their life the law should be so strict so that nobody can even think about it again.if the criminal is of high society then he can be left on bale easily and do the crime again and again.
According to me they should also be punished as others are punished they should not get any type of relief anyhow either they are of high society or not.
It is always said that “JUSTICE PREVAIL IS JUSTICE DENIED” therefore death penalty is not the only solution to this havoc .Delhi rape case is the byproduct of two things
1.Conviction rate is very low in rape cases (only 21%).
2.Mentality of an individual toward female .
As this case is RARE OF THE RARE CASE so the punishment should also be RARE OF THE RARE.
Hence for this barbaric action they must be given such harsh punishment so that any one who have such mentality for females think twice before they act.

i think that delhi rape is one cause of delhi police becasue Indian government should decide their punishment as soon as possible according to the girls choice and make a law that nobody will think to do such a shamefulact. girls are in very jeoperdy situation.the best way to give them the punishment is hang them till death in capital of india .and they don’t give any reliability from the government.government now should understand the importance of women security.
Deli Rape Case can be a blessing in disguise, only if proper punishment is given to those rapists. Death penalty would be the easy option out. The government should set a benchmark by punishing the criminals with suitable punishment ie torture then death penalty. This torture will frame fear in minds of the people which will help them avoid this heinous crime. Sending these rapists to Abu Gharib Prison will reflect such torture which will help reduce such crimes to a reasonable extent
The hang till death is not sufficient for the rapist ,in my opinion the correct punishement for the rapist is to cut them into pieces in front of each and every person of country through media .
The poor girl IS now dead,that girl is gone what she get till now the rapist are in the jail eating food live there life very easily,we should take some strong action against the rapist make laws for them with name of that girl died ,so the other ones who are thinking to attempt this kind of thinks must aware if they did something like this then they will be punished as the 6rapist gets .

According to me the whole country wants to punishments the justics strics for all 6member…
when be every person human are good nature and think about the girls then we stopped these type cases..
and the government makes the strics rule against the rape case..i thing the rape is a very worst crime and we should be take action very hardly in every where so we should be hanged the people who did that crime by this thing people will get fear in there mind so that will help to overcome this kind of crime in india .
The culprits who are responsible for this evil thing should be given a very hard punishment rather an easy death. Either they should be handed over to the people of the nation, they’ll decide what to do with the evils or the government should learn from the foreign countries to know how to punish the culprits.
The punishment should that hard that no other person could think to do such kind of evil thing in future. The victim is died now, she left the world but she is not a looser. She survived just 13 days, but she was so brave i must say.
We all pray her soul rest in peace and that can only be done by giving tough punishment to the culprits.

i m totally agree with the above views. but hanging is not the perfect punishment for that guys n for my side impotent is better punishment.. because her pain n her family pain is very big so that guys is also realize that pain….so that in future no 1 will dare to do this again…….So Govt. must take a hard step toward these kinda serious problems and make hard rule for them.
Delhi rape case is a very shame incident for everyone.Victim girl is no more,it is very shameful for everyone that the people who did are amongst between us.As according to indian law making them impotent is illegal,so we are not allowed to do that,but it doesn’t mean they should not be punished.They should be hanged,but before hanging them they should be tortured by police through third degree in police lockup.this is best punishment for them.

me too want justice for that girl who was dead because of those 6 peoples who had did with her a very painful incident .i think so that there should be a very dangerous punishment for them so that this wont be done again and if someone try to do that with any girl then they will scared by having a dangerous punishment i think so hang on them is not a good punishment they should be punished by making them impotent so every citizen of our india would feel shame to do that crime any more with any girl they should be punished as early as possible because the citizens are not at all afraid now also and they are committing this mistakes still so if a good and punishment suggested by me is became a law in our constitution then these case will reduce to large extent because every men dont want to be impotent and they always shows their power to the women then if such case will done then girl can fight for their justice and according to me no men will do the rape anymore .

i am a bit disagree with you, yes i accept that to hang till death is not the right punishment for the rapists. to make them impotent is also not good decision because in case if anyone is innocent and if he is sentenced for this punishment then it is not fair with that person. so the government of india should make a strict law against every rapist so that in future no one can attemp to rape a girl. a punishment should be like that it creates fear in minds of other persons who thinks about that crime. so i belive that to hang them till death or to make them impotent is not right punishment for the rapists. the punishment for the rapist i my senses i suggest that there names with photographs should be published publicly and told the peoples not be in any type of contact with them or make them life imprisonment in dark room where no sources of enjoyment are available no person is there to talk with them, no television, no radio or any sort of equipments make their life like hell while they are alive.

i think this is a shamefull act to abduct a girl in a bus and 6 people rapped her . today damini is no more with us but she wants from us to get aware of such type of bad activity.
