Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.
Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.
We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

Totally agree with the statement given by Jagriti. I also emphasize that by sentencing these devils with the punishment should not be the only end of this but this issue has brought in light the “act of cruelty” which is a shame for our society and not only this but in country like India where females are worshiped as goddess on one hand & facing problems like this on the other hand ,this problem should be crushed down by setting an example which would shiver even the soul of those who have sick mentality like this.
if we see delhi rape case this case is simple .If we talk about justice cort must provide as much strong punishment.
But we have to think about decrease rape cases . for this correction in law is not enough.because peoples have no fear about punishment.they will easily left out.
for decrese rape cases moral values have to given a child since a child born.and one another thing sexual education must be provided at earlier age.
Indian Government should make the strict rule for the rape cases. I think the youngsters should take the initials for this biggest issues because the Indian Government are deaf and dump also. There are all non graduated politicians became the leader of India. There should be a law against rape which in nothing less than the hanging till dead just like as other country.
We want justice….. yes we want it as if now a days everyone thinks that girls are their personal properties and they just do these things.Some people thinks that girls do sexually hazard by wearing small clothes but this is not correct.Boys also wear whatever they want but girls didnot say anything to them so how they can say like this.
Hanging till death is not a sufficient punishment.Punishment should be like that if anybody is going to attempt a rape then he should be feared of the punishment and will not attemp the rape.
Making only stricter laws would not establish the law and order in our country.But in such special cases government should take strict action against guilty and set an example for criminals.We cannot just let go every time by just depending on existing system.We have to improve our system and empower administration to become a better society.Let me leave you with this thought that I’ve read somewhere-

I feels hanging those culprits isn’t good enough..fot the crime they did..they deserves very hard n severe punishment..and by hanging them we are just releiving them from the pain or misery that they should get for their heinous crime..according to me the culprits should be castrated so that they can get a glimpse of the thing they did to their girl..they should live their life by being impotent..yes, they deserves being impotent..they ruined that innocent girl’s life..and by seeing them others will b scared of even thinking of doing such heinous crime..hanging them is not at all can be termed as a ‘justice’ to that girl.

This is the very shameless accident which is happen in India. It shows that when the girl are not safe till now in india where a lady haave been become a prime minister , president ,chief minister and rather these things there is also very narrowo minded person are exit .It shows we are not a gud indian citizon.
Not only delhi case that same the situation in many of the so at that we requior and indian government shuld take very storng decision that is not less then hang yes i agreed that only hang out is not enough for them they deserves such kind of punishment so that history will not repeat in future.
i am not totally agree with u because punishment is second step to stop any crime first step our values our culture how we can treat our culture, 7 year and hanging is not sufficient punishment because after giving any punishment to any criminal first take oath from them self u will make your child valuable person in life and second thing make a strict rule like if any boy commenting in any girl it should be included as rape case and should hard punishment on commenting, these policy is used in america so that when we gives hard punishment in little mistake people will fear do ant thing big mistake so firstly make our system hard for these cases hanging and other punishment is not too much hard for these people .
i agree with u on some point punishment should be hard whether girl related from Delhi or in rural area.
Their should be no better option for them other than hanging them till death.they all should be punished for the sin they did. There should also the change in rules and regulation. girls should be given security in drastic areas regarding girls so that there is development in different innnovative areas. all the culprits should be punished so that crimes adhering to this can be eliminated and finally we move towards the developed status from the DEVELOPING status as now.revolutonary change in menality is possible only by giving punishment to offenders in this way.

i totally agree with this idea…because its the best punishment we can give to those bad persons…..they have done such a worst thing..which cannot be forgotten and forgiven even at a single bit…its a ridiculous thing…they should also be handicapped and then they will understand the pain that how does it feel when someone loses it……and then they should be hanged up.they should get aware of all the bad conditions of life by facing it….only then they will get their punishment…and this strong action should be taken as immediately as possible…
Politician should be people with high education because many leadership attributes are gained through education. Leaders with no education can not cope up with the change hence it hinders country development.education is necessary for a leader, for the country’s bright future and prosperity. As now a days it is the basic need of a person, but yes, it should not be fixed till a certain level. A leader should be matured, experienced, kind, educated, and should understand peoples feelings, thinking, vision etc. And that all comes from education it self and our moral life. Firstly to make them impotent and them hang them will be the good punishment for them .It was totally disgusting act by them and this act is followed in Bhubaneswar few days back. don’t no why there is so late decision is taken by government to declare their punishment.
In every field we had retirement. But we cannot see retirement in politics. The politicians were ruling till their last breathe. This means I was not against them. I suppose to say that they should live peacefully in the their last days. This may also provide better opportunities for the youth.

Well friends I don’t think making those rapist impotent is a good solution, keeping in mind the offence they committed.
I would rather prefer handing over those brutal butchers to the family of “NIRBHAYA” and the mass of our country.
They deserve a painful end to their life with every part of their body being torn apart and then offered to the dogs.
This kind of punishment is though brutal but will definitely threaten all the peoples with such an ill mentality and who feels that they can escape even after raping a girl.
one side we talk about WOMEN EMPOWERMENT and one side these heinious crimes are going on . its not a new thing but it has been coming from last many years . so now its time to take some stict action towards these type of criminals and for this we should have only one punishment which is capital punishment so that no one can think to do such crime .
