Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

I think rapist should not be hanged but they shuold be punished ina such away that no one try do it..If goverment would hang them. they will never feel the emotions of the victim.But they should be hanged after the punishment.So they can feel emotions ofr the victims. In this way we can provide actual justice to the victims.We should not only give punishment to the rapiest.But we should also provide more security to tth eladies and we should also educate our children so people can understand the feeling o the girl.
the justice is hanging out is not sufficient to these gays give the cruel punishment to them so other people learn that is not a small crime . the people is do is this work and feel it is not a crime but it is a big crime and this increase more and more the punishment is suggested that is better punishment for these gays.
The incident that took place on 16th of december kept the entire nation trembling.The 6 criminals who committed such an inhuman and henious crime hence should not be hanged upon.Instead they should be treated with such a brutal punishment that they themselves plead for mercy killing.They must also be given a fair chance as to feel the intolerable pain that they caused to the innocent girl.Last but not the least The punishment should be brutal enough to bring immense terror in the minds of those who even think of commiting such shameless act n can stop themselves..

As we know, the whole country is threatened with a Delhi rape case on 16th Dec, 12, where a 23 years old paramedical student is raped by six people, the girl is in critical condition and fighting for her life. All the six rapists are arrested by police but they are not punished yet. This is the question of whole nation that why are they not punished yet, the nation demands capital punishment for those six people for their shameless act. But the government is not taking any action against them, for what it is waiting for..?? Is it waiting for few more cases to be happened.

i agree with the above statement because justice is necessary for any crime. and there is a rapping case of a girl in Delhi this was the biggest crime in the india . in india this problem is arises day by day , so this has to be stopped and for this the justification should be fast .the whole india is against the process of justification and most of the people want to change this justification process like in this rappig cases………….

I agree for punish the crimnal for delhi rape case. i’m request for justice to order statement is kiss to death delhi rape case crimnal. our indian politician request for new bill pass in assembly and change the law for rape case, and constitution of is follow in our indian government.

IN delhi rape case as we know that this is a murder of humanity and the rapist should be penalties with death.i think this is a murder of humanity and it is also the murder of our social culture.If we punished the rapists then it bring some fears for the criminals who does such types of crime.By this justice girls of our nation must feel something relaxed and this bring peace for soil of damini.

the victims of delhi rape case should be hang so that it will become a symbol to all others rapist or the people of that mentality , so that they think thousands time before doing such inhuman crimes. there must be some act of doing such thing to a fast track court in which a case must be cleared within 20 -25 days.

As a girl i feel shamefull after this awful incident because we live in a country where goddess like lakhsmi and saraswati are worshipped. India is a country which is known for its cultures where girls are respected but after this incident i doubt it.
This is a worse crime and more then a crime this incident indicates that our country has started lacking in cultures a lot and we need to work on it,
NOw after this shamefull incident this is a high time for our Government to Wake up and should make strict laws against rapes. These Crimes occur just becauseu our judiciary system is weak and they take long time to reach to any decision. Fast -track courts should be developed as soon as possible so that the criminals will be scared of commiting such shameful acts and they would be knowing that if they commit such crimes then serious action will be taken against them.
Strict laws should be made and strict punishment should be given so that such criminals and monsters will think 1000 times before commiting much crimes. The monsters of delhi rape case should given such a punishment so that they could go thorugh the same pain that the victim has suffered.

My point of view is that if death penalty is the only punishment that is in the hands of governement to punish these criminals then it should be done pblically.. these criminals should be hanged publically till death so that all the ill-minded person should learn a lesson from it.

Well this is such a shameful act for our society and country. The 21 year old girl “DAMINI” who was raped by 6 boys.The pain which she suffered lying on the road of delhi. And finally she died on “”29 DECEMBER 2012″” which is a “DAY OF SHAME” for the indian’s.
I think those 6 people should not be hanged to death because it will be a suffering for once to them and it will be an easy one.
According to me their hands,legs and everything should be cut down which will make them suffer everyday pain. And then after years of pain they should be given “DEATH PENALTY”.
Their have been thousands of such cases even in the past and not a single strict action have been taken against these criminals. And hence this have given encouragement to thousands of other criminal minds.
The government should start taking strict life long actions against these culprits and the
punishment should be highly brutal so that none of the other person would ever think of this evil act.
And people learn how to respect a girl and a girls life becomes safer in the near future.

I agree with above views.in my openion death is not a suffucent punishment,criminals should be punished throught out of their life so that they can feel the pain.As we are living in democretic country so the people’s views can be considered.

I think those people does not respect womens and those people who always think about the girls in negative ways , for these types of all , we inforced strict rules for punish them. in this case these 6 boys have passed their limitations so thier is some strict punish not only hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment. I WOULD SAY, THE STATEMENT ITSELF REFLECTS INJUSTICE. AS WE KNOW THAT “DELHI”-THE CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY, IS ON THE TOP IN TERMS OF RAPE AND CRIMES. EVERY YEAR MORE THAN 25,000 CASES ARE FILED AND MORE THAN HALF OF THEM ARE UNSOLVED AND HAVE JUST KEPT FREEZE IN THE FILES. SO DAY BY DAY THE RATE OF RAPE HAS INCREASED.
HOWEVER, ASKING FOR THE JUSTICE IS NOT ACTUALLY A JUSTICE BECAUSE NONE OF US COULD WIN OUR GOVERNMENT. AND COLLECTING THOUSAND NUMBER OF PEOPLE DOES NOT GIVE ANYTHING IN HAND. AS WE KNOW THE VICTIM OF DELHI RAPE CASE HAS PASSED UNFORTUNATELY AND TO MAKE HER SOUL REST IN PEACE,WE WOULD ENTIRELY CHANGE OURSELVES WHICH IS THE BIGGEST JUSTICE TO US AND THE VICTIM TOO.
In India this is the worst activity which is done by people again and again. Delhi rape case is only an example of it. “We should hanging them till death” , but it is not enough to stop such type of crime because mentality of people must be change and the punishment should be in this manner so that every rapist think thousands of time before do this.
And for this purpose we also improve our thinking because begining is never wait for a crime. If we want that this type of activity wil never happen again in our country so for that we have to do something because no one else do this for you.
I think that “hanging till death” is not sufficient punishment for that unhearted persons. Government should listens the voice of public and take serious action against such cases and criminals. I want that the decision of crime should be given to the general people. so that in future none of them even think to do it.

i think only the girl have right to gave them punishment.. but in this case the girl was died so her family have a right… if the court gave them punishment then the punishment should be horrible so no one can think for rape a girl…
Delhi rape case is very shameless and disgusting thing for our country and according to me those who were involved in that..they should be punished in this way that in future nobody will try to do that..hanging punishment is not sufficient for them,it will be very peaceful punishment for them…hanging punishment should be given to them but before this they should be also strictly punished among all people,all society.by which all the people will learn that what will be the result of their shameless work.This is a shameless crime by those people. They are not human. Hngging till death is not sufficient for them.
