Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.
i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.
Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????
Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

i think that the rapist should be hanged as early as possible. This is the question of whole nation that why are they not punished yet, the nation demands capital punishment for those six people for their shameless act. But the government is not taking any action against them, for what it is waiting for..?? Is it waiting for few more cases to be happened. This is really a ridiculous thing that in a country where women are respected, such type of shameless acts occurs here.
The whole nation is protesting against this case and praying for the life of innocent girl, we really want a safe nation for women, where there is no place for criminals and rapists, we want a Government who listens the voice of public and take serious action against such cases and criminals, we want the people who raise their voice against crime and help the other people when they are in need.
Totally agreed above views. My opinion is that about that case. They should be got to hard punishment to those culprit, so that nobody get try to think like that. Everybody has his/her live to enjoy but don’t play with them. By my opinion, culprits should give the punishment like that neither they should live or not die. copes should give the punishment to them, nobody has no any right to play with anybody girls.

for my side i have agree that those 3 person are out of those six criminal want that punishment. I think that they have to send saudiarab to gave the punishment because that type of punishment is can’t gave any country and provide the justice of delhi-rape case.In our country there is no law in our parliament and constitution so the many rapes are easily get the bail and also they get the punishment only two or three month.This will be not fair for the rapies-girl.So we have to make a law in our constitution that if there any case will comes out to gave the very huge punishment and the person can’t do any this type of such cases that person can’t do again.jai hind jai bharat.

This sparked a rage all over the country and especially in Delhi. The whole rage concentrated only on this hedious crime.

it is very crucial requirement in the rape cases police should play our role if they are play good role in the some manner we fight well till the justice.police is caught the all culprits.if cop will say to public.like this.we are not feed more to culprits .we are keep them on the high level costody and beat them very brutely.so public will assured them.we will not do more demonstrations or we will wait for better justice…

Delhi RAPE-case was a horrible act by those 6 animals.But I am very ashemed being apart of such a democarcy where there is no meaning of a Mother’s tear, People Demand. When every thing is clear, all the evidence are in front of Goverment but after that Goverment is not taking any tight decision for those evils. In India every criminal’s mentality is that ” At most they will hang me till death.Punishment of one Rape is similar to punishment of 10 RAPES”.. So Goverment should introduce such a law that every Human think 1000 times before doing such Horrible incident.
Through this comment i request to Goverment that punish those evils in such a manner that the soul of that girl feel rest and peace.
Delhi rape case has made us realize about the security of women in Delhi. Today no girl is in favour to go to Delhi for further education, jobs etc. As they know they are not at all safe in Delhi. The incident which happened recently made us feel that it is more than enough now . women holds half of the population of our country and we fail to provide them security. Even after years of independence we are not safe. we are growing economically, but are we really flourishing? no. Women security is the basic need of today. Fast track courts must be developed to deal with the women harassment cases. Guards must be provided to all the public transport buses. girls should be trained from the schools to safe themselves. There should more women police officers to listen to the complain of the girls. yes the culprits should be physically castrated and remain in jail till death. the 24 hours helpline number started by the government will turn out to be helpful for girls. few of us think that girls should not be allowed to wear jeans and should not commute after 9PM but the parents should tech their son to respect girls.
As said Delhi Gang rape case is the “rarest of the rare case”, it has shaken up our country thoroughly. It has brought the real picture of the state of Indian women. It is shameful for the country of billions to have such cases every now and then. This case is a classic case of cruelity ans inhumanity.
Atleast now the government must take some strict actions against the rapists, because it is high time to stop such brutal cases against women. Referring to “strict action”, it implies capital punishment.
Uptil now, the punishment used to be just 7 years jail, but it should be amended to Capital punishment in order to make people think twice before attempting any such brutal act!

After 16th December when all this was happened in delhi, one side people are getting together and asking for Justice on the other side there are many more rape news are coming up day by day. So what you think will it really make any sense of hanging these rape case criminals just because lots of people are protesting against then.
Government need to do some changes in our constitution so that not only that Delhi Rape Victim get Justice but on the other side all such rape cases get stop.
