Delhi Rape Case Justice
I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment,and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

Every one brought up very good point .
we have to know that we also have sister or mother in our family. But those who people do this think this too much shame . get up Indian people . I know that every one have sexual problem but this is the most important think we dint’t control our sex. This is our week-point how to control our sex, don’t sex abuse others people.
Well this is such a shameful act for our society and country. The 21 year old girl “DAMINI” who was raped by 6 boys.The pain which she suffered lying on the road of Delhi. And finally she died on “”29 DECEMBER 2012″” which is a “DAY OF SHAME” for the Indian’s.
I think those 6 people should not be hanged to death because it will be a suffering for once to them and it will be an easy one.
According to me their hands,legs and everything should be cut down which will make them suffer everyday pain. And then after years of pain they should be given “DEATH PENALTY”.
Their have been thousands of such cases even in the past and not a single strict action have been taken against these criminals. And hence this have given encouragement to thousands of other criminal minds.
The government should start taking strict life long actions against these culprits and the
punishment should be highly brutal so that none of the other person would ever think of this evil act.
Delhi Gang Rape after reading, listening and thinking about this word i can’t think anything i am feeling helpless in my own country. I am thinking that for only one day if i have all the power to make the countries law and order then i will show Damini what i have done with her criminals. I will give them punishment which was given in ancient european countries which we are seeing on ‘discovery or ‘natgeo’ these are even more dangerous then the punishment given by islamic countries. I will not decide punishment for only that 6 person i will give punishment to everyone who are blaming the girl or her boyfriend for such type of disaster.
According to me punishment should be on the basis of tit for tat. The brutality they have shown with Damini same type of brutality must be done with the suspects. Their punishment must become an example for other bad guys who are thinking that girls are only a doll to play.
And one more thing administrators must not fulfill their last wish. It is not enough for them to hang them in public. They must face torture before dying don’t give them chance to die easily. We must discover a punishment which will kill them daily. For deciding their punishments we must think like psycho persons in hollywood movies.
I have some on which indian government must think-:
1.Government must take a very harsh action against this so before doing such type of activities criminals will fear not thinking that after this we are going to be government guest for some day.
2.Government must appoint more police and police station in country.
3.Government must use modern technology for tracing calls which made by some who are facing crime and seeing any crime.
4.Government must improve the patroling done by police.
5.Government must remove the political interference in police department.
We also have to reform our society. We have to discuss on many social issues.
The incident that took place on 16th of December kept the entire nation trembling.The 6 criminals who committed such an inhuman and heinous crime hence should not be hanged upon.Instead they should be treated with such a brutal punishment that they themselves plead for mercy killing.They must also be given a fair chance as to feel the intolerable pain that they caused to the innocent girl.Last but not the least The punishment should be brutal enough to bring immense terror in the minds of those who even think of committing such shameless act n can stop themselves..
1st made them impotent and hang all of them publically without black cloth till death. In jail police should use 3rd degree and nacked all of them

Its a very shamefull incedence for our country..It is not a new matter for us.We can see rape cases in every day news and many others are there which remain suppresed.Delhi rape case provoked the whole India to fight against this bruitality.The culprits should get the worst punishment..They should be hanged but not directly.They should suffer from the same pain from which that girl had suffered…so that no such inhuman will dare to think to do this type of cheap thing again…
The most disappointing thing which we got to see during all the presentations made by people across country was the lethargic & an unsatisfactory response given by the people in power(the parliament),when the first thing taught to us about the parliament of India is- “political structure which is of the people,for the people & by the people” then why these people representatives not coming forward with their personal views regarding this cruel act without giving a second thought to their personal losses or benefits & truly stand for HUMANITY at first. I also emphasize that by sentencing these devils with the punishment should not be the only end of this but this issue has brought in light the “act of cruelty” which is a shame for our society and not only this but in country like India where females are worshiped as goddess on one hand & facing problems like this on the other hand ,this problem should be crushed down by setting an example which would shiver even the soul of those who have sick mentality like this. Those rapist should be given a death punishment but after a long torture of humiliation, disgrace & this should be continued till they regret their birth. But their final death verdict should be sentenced according to the victim’s wish.( I really pray for her to get well soon so she could see how people have come for her support & she should live rest of her life with no regrets.)

Exactly REAL MEN DONT RAPE.
The recent Delhi gang rape case has shook the entire nation.Still it is hard to believe that they raped a girl on a moving bus in a crowded city like Delhi. The main problem is very weak and helpless law of our country. There should be very-very strict punishment for the convicts of this crime. But there is no such strict law. It is still only in our desires. The maximum punishment in rape case is 5-years jail. Most of the convicts either never get caught or stay in jail for just 2-3 days and get bailed out. Some of the convicts spend 4-months in jail and then they are relieved.
Capital punishment is not enough….The punishment must be so brutal that they start pleading for mercy killing. Such daemons should go through the same pain which they gave to the girl through that heinous act of their… their punishment should be so hard that even no one can think about such hard and devil punishment. A punishment should be like this that no one never ever thinks of doing it again. Anyone who even thinks to do such should get extremely terrified and starts shivering! and not dare to even think of it again.
I personally think that if the boy child is taught from a very age to respect women and not only girl but even boy is under some restrictions then I think it can play a great role in reforming the mentality.
Rape is a heinous crime. It is not only a physical attack, it is a psychological attack on the victim by those who want to vent their anger and dominate the other gender. It leaves an indelible impression on the soul of the victim and the family. So, the question is whether our judicial system treats such offenders at par with the perpetrators of other heinous crimes. The law has to be amended such that the offenders get the punishment they deserve and yes, in the rarest of rare cases, like all other offences, capital punishment can be awarded but, only after the due process of law. Judgment on streets is not the feature of democratic country. Apart from judiciary, we need to change the way we look upon women and the society should support the rehabilitation of victims, instead of stigmatizing them.
Realy delhi gang rape case is an painful incident that took place and the girl had to lost her life for that incident.this incdent realy make us shame to feel us as indian.In india where the females are worshipped this type of pathetic incident took place.rape is a heinous crime and cannot be tolerated at any cost.and in a highly populated place and in the metropolitan city like delhi this type of incident took place.

The Awakening of India against Rape
The last time when hundreds of thousands of Indian citizens took to the streets it was to oust the British from their country. Today again the people including the old, the young and even the disabled have again come out in millions to protest an inhuman and vile incident of Gang rape that took place in the Nation’s capital New Delhi. This nightmarish ordeal left a 23 year old medical intern seriously injured with unimaginable injuries which not only included repeated rape by 6 sociopaths but also subsequent torture in shape of an iron rod being inserted in her vagina that ruptured her intestines. The poor girl has had her small intestine removed completely and had to undergo 5 major surgeries in 5 days and is still battling for life in an intensive care unit. The injuries were so severe that even the attending doctors took to the streets moved by the extent of abuse to protest and clamor for a change in the current system wherein the average time spent behind bars by a convicted rapist is less than one year!
The 6 billion strong people constitute a sleeping tiger which is now fully awake and is roaring for justice. It is the result of a sick society that was more prone to blaming the victim rather than condemning the rapist. Even the police was of the attitude that the victims more often than not invited rape by way of their dress or behavior! This mentality now raises the hackles of the public who rightly ask what provocation can a 5 year old baby offer or for that matter a 70 year old grandmother both of whom have been victims of this heinous act in recent times!
Today in every corner of India people are taking to the streets clamoring for a change and for justice both commiserate to the crime and delivered in a timely fashion. Some of the rape cases are still pending trial after ten years of the said act! People are fed up with the snail paced justice system and even more of the bureaucratic system that indulges in self appreciation & corruption rather than care two hoots for the public and even more reprehensible is their attitude of being public masters and not public servants!
What has really shaken the citizens out of their slumber is that despite being the world’s largest democracy the only freedom that is present in the country is for the ruling class to loot, pillage and pester the common man! A sizeable number of the country’s electorate today comprises of convicted criminals with charge-sheets of crimes ranging from armed dacoity to rape and what not! How can one even expect a fair sense of justice from the custodians of peace who are themselves criminals! For sake of power the politicians let loose reigns of terror tainted with corruption and employ every practice that would keep them in power! A recent case in the state of Punjab had the ruling political party’s general secretary shooting dead a police inspector who was protesting the said dignitary’s teasing and harassment of his daughter! The whole system is today so rotten to the core that if the country’s freedom fighters were to today look at the current state of affairs they would regret getting rid of the British wherein one set of Rulers were replaced by another who made their predecessors look like saints!
The cancer of corruption & nepotism has today reached the core of India and is now threatening to destroy the very foundation of this erstwhile country! Each and every day scams and corrupt deals reeking of decadency and immorality are unearthed which expose the complete lack of any decency & civic sense!
Why indeed have things come to such a state?
The answer lies in the administration and the officers staffing it. Recruitment to all the country’s public service positions is completely under the gambit of the ruling political party be it for the armed police or the executive & judicial magistracy. The party in power selects and recruits on basis of either the pedigree or the money paying power of the potential candidates. This translates into recruitment to high administrative posts of unscrupulous people who have either paid their way in or are related or otherwise connected to the powers that be. Each and every state holds its own recruitment which exposes the extent of its corruption. This means that the selected candidates who have already paid hundreds of thousands to get the coveted post have but one aim which is to first recoup their investment and then make a hefty profit on top too! This sets in motion the vicious cycle of never ending corrupt practices whose’s price is paid by the common citizens! Not only are the honest hard working candidate-students deprived of a chance to serve their nation but also in their place such a disgusting breed of rotten citizens is recruited that not just the present but also the future looks to be well doomed and hopeless!
The need of the hour is a complete revamp of the system and eradicating the current system that thrives on corruption & nepotism.
I would like to mention that the fault is a cumulative one. Be it the society, “followed” culture, ideology, mob psychology and ultimately the position and status of the women clan, all are responsible for the incident.
It’s not even an incident, it’s a slap, a thrash, a bang, a punch to our upgraded culture that intermingled every other culture in it and forgot to live up to the name of its own.
That’s why I wrote the word “followed” because Indian Culture neither teaches us to do such inhumane activities nor it promotes any kind of odds that are penetrating the youths now-a-days.
How long has it been the last lady being eve-teased by a gang or an individual moron?
Stats show that the numbers are getting higher and higher every minute.
Who’s responsible..?
It’s ultimately WE! We follow and we promote. Amalgamation of the others’ culture is well and good but does that pave ways to forget and eliminate our own?

So, as far as this case is concerned, I vote for capital punishment for those animals.. but with a plead that it’s our country; follow and promote your own culture, appreciate others but don’t condemn what was, is and will always be our!
Good evening friends. Being totally agreed with the point that the rape case in Delhi not only harming the sentiment of an woman but also the extremity of the brutality that is crushing humanity. The abnormality of the rapist (I would prefer to say murderer) not only snatched the life of that innocent girl but also made vacate the lap of mother. This shameful incident is a definite shake of the so called Indian culture and constitutional society. So, I think more strict law should be implemented against these cases. But, this is not enough. These kind of problem won’t get solved unless the basic mentality towards female gets changed. And being responsible citizen we need to be more sensible, practical and make protest by heart. I am really hopeful that this crime-ruled time would be changed and we would be living in a crime less peaceful society. “where the head is high, and the mind is without fear…” … JAI HIND…..
For me this case is truly an example of (Asavyadanshilta) Indifference to one pain really how can a human being do this to women .And thats the main reason it has come to limelight otherwise people would have forgotten it as yet another case .So it has become the need of the hour to make people realise the importance of women in their life and give such a punishment to the one involved so that it can be an example to all.
Why women wait for or expect justice from a male-dominated culture and society that obviously see women as chattel and subject to any whim including violent assault, rape, and/or murder is hard to comprehend. Surely a Jury of Women could find a more expeditious way of punishing men for their crimes. Three years for what they did to that poor girl? Death is what they all deserve – if men truly cared for women and the safety of their own daughters the courts would make an example out of these six rapists but, they surely don’t and it will never stop until women make it stop. thank you.
i think every one is known .the girl has been died. so why the justice and govt think about that what should we do? its simple gilrs has been died and according to in our court IPC(Indian Panel Code) sect- 302 the crimnal just punished for dath. and govt dont show that we punished him ,so the crimnal will be horrified and dont think do that crime. because in india 55% cases under rape is false and the govt don’t applied 302 ipc for this crime but the govt just horrified to crimnal through this case easily so that the % of thatt cases be decreased…………!
i also agree with dis statement dis is the hardest punishment for the crimnals n they realize that pain which they given to that innocent girl.this punishment will give satisfaction to her parents n family,after dis type of punishment no one can dare to do this type of shameless crime,so made them impotent is best punishment for that devils….

Delhi rape case is a very humiliate case for our society.This case shows how much women are protected in india.This has proved about bad politics system.I think a strong punishment shoud be taken against those basterds and just kill them in horrible way as they have done.
