Population Growth in India: A Problem?
India, on the verge of becoming a developed country, is still a developing one. The reason behind–“OVERPOPULATION”. Coming towards the rural areas, this situation is at hike. The reason behind-“ILLITERACY”. Increasing Population in India is Problem for country has always been a topic of discussion. Today, India is 2nd largest country in terms of population, and it is expected to surpass China by 2025. We are not able to manage our human resources properly. Now a days increasing Population of India is big Problem. The Increasing Population in India without any limit is one of the problems behind the lacking development in the country. India is the second largest country in terms of population.

The population of India is increasing at a very fast pace. Is it a Problem?
Illiteracy and lack of awareness creates a thought that having more children, will give a secure future to the parents and the society, but, whats the use if the children themselves do not get the desired facilities? What’s the use if they’ll be a burden for society?
What is the use if they ll not be able to contribute to the welfare and development of the country? The answer lies within. They can serve the country only if they get the desired facilities like food, shelter and most importantly–“EDUCATION”. The prime concern is to literate the people, especially in the rural areas and simultaneously making them aware about the ill consequences of having more children.
The government should allow certain rules regarding families, having more than 2 or 3 children to solve out the problem of Increasing Population in India. The people also should get aware of the birth control measures. Television, radio, newspaper or advertisements etc can be the best source to spread awareness among the people.
Hence, there should be the rising voices and helping hands from all over to eradicate this issue as over population is the main hindrance in the development of a developing country like India because government has to spend more and more money in giving subsidies at the underdeveloped areas.
If India does not control its population very soon we will have problem of feeding this huge population very soon. Either we need to learn to manage human resources quickly, or we need to decrease our population growth rate ASAP. We, as Indian citizens, need to understand our responsibilities. India is a free democratic country; this does not mean that citizens do not have some responsibility.

ya I think population is the major problem now in our country… major thing of popupation is “illiteracy”. as a result people take to many children ..They cannot get sufficient advantage for their childrens…i think the the major solve of this problem is awarenass… if we telecasting the videos that contain that population is the one of the major problem in india as well as the extra childern do not get sufficient advantage form thier parents.
Increasing population in India is really a very big problem. The last census showing that we cross 121 crore, which is really a very big number.
India is not a very rich country. So the growth in population is leading us towards the poverty and also increase the number the jobless people. Which pulling our country backward.
Lack of education is the main reason for population growth in India. Not only the lack of education, the government must have to make the new rules against the population growth.
Regarding environment and its conservation overpopulation is a major problem.The more, the population the more the demand for environmental resources.Deforestation is one area of concern due to overpopulation in india.Many sanctuaries and reserves have been cut down to accomodate the growing number of citizens.Trees have been cut in order to build homes and buildings which is gradually decreasing space for the animals.Thus overpopulation is directly affecting our ecosystem and it is causing an imbalance of nature’s resources leading to more hazardous consequences..
increasing population is realy a big problem for india.it is because of illeteracy of people and also due to poverty.to rescue our country from this problem more people should be literate.They have to know that this is not only problem for the country and problem for them and for the childrens as well.
According to my opinion yes it is one of the main problem in India. The percentage of poverty line is day by day increasing, with the increase of birthrate specially in below poverty line classes. this case occurs mainly due to the illiteracy among them. So government should take their responsibility to increase literacy among those people to concern them about increase of population, which generally hamper their mode of living, as well as the whole city, then states and then the country itself. And we the common people also take responsibility to make people concern about this problem.
Yes now a days increasing population is major problem of our country.Sorces are limited and there are many hands raising for the daily needs.thats why we are facing the problems like poverty,illetracy etc.All this problems are arrising just because of lack of knowledge.We have to control it .

i think its main reason. in general we can see where is no education in that family no of members are large.
so if we increase our numbers so it will hav event on everyone.
suppose i hav 4 member family. and source of income is only my father.
if here we think here now 140 member. so it will badly affect our overall development
Actually, awareness is the only solution to control the increasing population in India. And we can spread awareness with proper education.As people are not enough aware about it, then this problem will become very serious. It is not only the common or illiterate peoples fault. Goverment also have some lack of interest in this problem. Actually i think the time has come to voice against it,as united. Else it will be a great curse.

I think everyone is missing out something here. What do you think is the reason of the growth of bpo industry in India? Its the population of India. Why do you thinbk that companies from all over the world are eager to spred its business in India? Its because of its large population. The population itself is not a problem. Population can be turned into a boon for india if we can enhave the skill set of our citizens
Yes, inceasing population is a major problem in a country like india… because an increase in population will lead to an incease in the nuber of vehicles to meet the demand of it,which will further increase pollution in india…so global warming will incease…. moreover,increase in population will lead to the building of flats by cutting down the trees which will damage the ecological balance…. so every school must taught about the sex education….. so as to decease the amout population in india…. every citizens must be aware of it…. each family should have not more than two children for maintaining a good ecological balance in our country…
Increasing population is very much serious problem for India.
So many people thinks that if they have more children they will not have any problem in the future,their child will fulfill their desire and will give them a comfortable future.
But they could not realise that having so many childs may be a problem for them and also for the Country.
Having so many child the parents can nt feed them properly,cant give them proper education and also the others facilities required for them.

goverment should take some action to control the population
a) The people who have 2 or less than 2 children will be given a job and food for their family. The financial problem should be taken care.
b)The government must promise that those children will be given scholarship till they become an educated person.
c) Different ads should be provided on TV, posters and so on.
d) Advertisement should be given for family planning.etc.
Yes, increasing population is the big promlem in India now.Now, Indian population is more than 1.2 crore.So, we don’t have enough place to leve.We are cutting lot of tree and make big building. That’s why amount of oxygen decreases and many deaseses like cancer , hert attack increases day by day.Due to increasing population the peopl;es dont have any job oportunity & enough food.
Of course this statement is correct.Basically,i think that increasing population is the major problem in our country.Most of people are poor and today they are jobless. So i think that this problem can solve our government & people must be taken 1 or 2 children maximum.

Increase in population is always a problem for a country.Resources are limited,need for resources are increasing,so it is always a problem.If the resource availability and population becomes equal there is supposed to be a population crush as per science.Proper planning of resources per increase in population is necessary to overcome the problem.
Increasing population in india it is a very big problem because there have limitation of resourses , but increasing population there is arising lot of congestion in human place , car train etc, and most impotant problem is in food problem, because there have limitation lannd in india so crops producing is very limit. Yes,now a days india’s population is increasing without any limit, specially in the rural areas. So, after some years, if the population will be incrising that way, some problems will be arrived, like food crises, shelter problem also money problem. So we have to aware for incrising population and have to control it.

yes ,increasing population of India rapidly is tremendously a big problem.Because now a days sources are limited.so we have to aware people through media such as television,newspaper,radio etc etc.Government have to make a rule that every citizen can produce only 2 to 3 childrien per family.many people forget about the problem of the present situation of the country and for the sake of their enjoyment they start increasing their family without family planning.They could’nt even think of their children’s future.they could’nt even thought of that what food their children will get after birth.In my point of view this over population should be stopped immediately…
