Delhi Rape Case Justice

I think that hanging till death is not sufficient punishment because 3 out of those six criminal want that punishment, and if we give this to them it is like fulfill their will. i think made them impotent is quite good punishment and after some year of pain then we can give this punishment for end of those life.

violence on indian women

rape cases increasing

I know that the parents of that girl want a hard cruel punishment for those criminal and the whole world also want it so the punishment should be very cruel.

i want to now that how many of you are agreed with me or who is not and why with your opinion.

Some thing more needs to be done , it should not remain just delhi rape case , It should become an example for every one who feels wemen as there dolls but , DO Indian wemen also need to understand “Freedom comes with responsibility”

Adding to above point there can be a contradictory statement as well and that can be as Follows

Indian women are them selves responsible for current situation of theres and Now government is adding more to it

All women Auto

All women Bus

All women Train

All women BAnk

All women Post office  , what more?

This Topic has been of very High Important in different public Service Commission Exam like that of UPSC,RAS,BPSC, and MPBSC etc. As Essay Topic.

This is not going to help , women in India need to check there attitude , I would ask what Nirbhahaya was doing at 11 PM in Night . How can we forget that Man is a social animal , we are not robots and if there is fire , we need to take a different route. Shouting for law and order problem for JUST women can not be a solution. No only women are suppressed but even men are suppressed by women , who will protect them??????????????

Again , This time a 5 year baby was raped brutally. What has happened to society , what we are upto , what we want from this. I donot understand.

Sushma swaraj wants to hang all and Javed Akhtar does not understand how westernization is responsible for this.

We do not understand importance of moral science. We need to those moral science books back.

That is very sham full not only for me rather than it’s a sham full for all Indian’s. When this was happening, whole the world watchd delhi. Everybody know google was blowing the Kendal on it’s doodle. America told us, that is very bad to India. I feel like anybody scraped my hair but what could we do. So we think a very difficult punishment for them.

it seems like India always wait for some serious crime to take place within the country. last the whole India was seen together standing up was the murder case of Jessica Lal and now its on Delhi gang rape case. otherwise incidents are just ignored.in morning newspaper everyday minimum of 3 cases of molestation and rapes are reported.people read it with a cup of tea and forgets the next moment, and if in case they remember ,they start gossiping on these topics.people are always busy blaming government but they themselves don’t have the time to take an initiative. they forget that their children will also grow up in this society. if society is getting filled with filths then its our duty to clean it up to maintain a good evironment. every minute evry second a girl is being harrased . now we can see the result of our silience. Giving them the adjective of animals is just like telling a kid that he is a bad boy. the criminals should not be hanged but they should be made impotent so that understand th pain of the girls that they go through…

Talking about a delhi rape victim “Damini ” in general . what happened to her ?
They raped her in Delhi brutally like animals , she was sent to Singapore with a hope to get back her life , the PM came and said that he ain’t gonna celebrate New Year due to compassion, the media said that her organs were all failing, the culprits ordered their Biriyanis ,the judges couldnt come to a conclusion ,the public were astonished because they would not know what to do cause protesting and candle lighting were diverted to a constables death. Anna Hazare and Kejriwal were missing as usual along with Raj thackeray during a crisis in maharashtra. People were still watching the cricket match while Dabanng 2 was hitting blockbuster contributing 200 crores. Oh , in the meanwhile 16 other rapes were reported in delhi.
As usual nobody cares. Women you have no hope for safety in this country. Save yourselves if you can.
you live in a country where pizza delivery is much faster than a police protection . Our country is loosing its richness.

The gap between what women wants and what men believe they are willing to concede is still wide.
Despite of thousands of words, millions of tears and hundreds of slogans and silent march for justice by
the indians remain unfinished untill the Indian government can fullfill their expectations by proper justice.
At the very one part ordinance and laws are made for rape cases, and the culprits are freely enjoyin their freedom. IS THIS THE JUSTICE ?

  6. Vinay Gupta says:

India is a country which is known for its cultures where girls are respected, but after this incident i doubt it.
this awful incident because we live in a country where goddess like lakhsmi and saraswati are worshipped.
India stands 3rd, leaving behind countries like Sri Lanka, Jordan and Argentina, when it comes to rape cases, latest data of the Union Home Ministry suggest. Ahead of India are only the United States and South Africa.
yes i endorse the point that culprits should be hanged down.but the point arises is that who is responsible for this sin.is victim is responsible?are we responsible?

whatsover the punishment would be , that should be soul-shaking and a lesson for those who are ill with mentaly . they would never have a vile thinking in their mind.

    • preeti nisha says:

We live in two india- the second one being the DARKER INDIA. We say that india is a land of cultures where women are given a high position in society. We praise them as goddess and give equal rights as men but still
women are being so harshly treated. Everyday their respect is being thrashed away by the dreadful male biased society. The whole world wants justice for delhi rape case. A punishment not of death but a painful life to make them realize the importance of a women’s respect . Death would be like fulfilling their wishes and an easy release from crime. Their hands should be cut and then let them live their life so that they won’t dare to touch any other women. They should be made blind at one eye so that they can see the world with pain which the girl suffered.. But no doubt its India- when the main culprit is still freely enjoying his luxuries only because he’s few months young to take the punishment??? is this justice??? NO!

The shamefull and vile incident shaken our soul. but the point is this sinister truth took place in our country.
we can’t deny this is partially OUR fault, we can’t run and hide from this truth.
if you see the statics , India is a country which is known for its cultures where girls are respected, but after this incident i doubt it.
this awful incident because we live in a country where goddess like lakhsmi and saraswati are worshipped.
we know there is no such ideal country that where the rape, murder, loot etc are not occuring, but the ponit is more or less.
India stands 3rd, leaving behind countries like Sri Lanka, Jordan and Argentina, when it comes to rape cases, latest data of the Union Home Ministry suggest. Ahead of India are only the United States and South Africa.
keeping on mind regarding concerning point iwould like to say,
“There should be change in our legal system so that other victims, who are waiting for justice, get similar treatment.” .government should pass such a strict law that a man never try to rape a woman.during the days ,the case that was happened in delhi is really a black spot in our country.

  8. Rahul Kumar says:

Being a girl….The recent Delhi Encounter is all ,that I can think of!
Such an act that potrayes brutatlity and torture to women..belongs to lowest lowels ,on the humanity grounds.
The society belongs to men..its a patriarchial framework that we are dealing with and hence MEN are given the superior power,in every possible starta. But c’mon..look abck and think again..Are their really MEN..in the society. each male who has heard and known about this case..can’t do anything but could just glue his eyes to ground.
Its shameless..and its high time, taht WE as people..realise this fact…and take effective actions for them. Not only death could be a punishment but something more torturoues, brutal and worse should be decided,as the Final verdict for cases such as these.
I,as a girl..don’t feel safe in the society anymore, and its an embaressment to every man, that lives in this country.
    One has to take steps.
One has to stand for this. And I am proud of the youth of the country that, inspite of the tear gas attaks..lathi charge and other acts, from police…. they are asking for the same, via their protest, which is,i feel..very peaceful.

We need to have a change over.We need to improvise the very idea of JUSTICE that this country has ever witnessed.
Some brutal punishments..are what such culprits deserve.
We need some Fast trck courts,to get some fast judgements.
We need laws..and more than that,we need Strict foolow and check on those laws.

Be the change you want to be.
Improvise your mentality and we may see a better society here…!!

Anybody, any civilized person will not like that torture should be used for getting the statement, and on the basis of this statement you can’t hang anybody,” he added. The defence lawyers scrutinized the documents filed with the chargesheet by the Delhi Police in the case.Lawyer V. 11. Rajan Tiwari says:

The UN under-secretary general, on a regional tour of Africa to promote women’s rights, noted that there are sufficient laws to prosecute rapists in several parts of the world and called for adequate implementation of such.

She reiterated the need to punish the offenders because it involved a woman’s life stating, “The loss of life is unacceptable.”

They need to be punished for that, but also to send a strong message to everyone that violence against women will not be accepted.

She expressed concern over the existence of good laws which go without implementation, stressing that police and judges often fail to consider as serious enough the allegations of abuse.

  12. Sourav sain says:

I think Delhi rape case is the clear cut example of that INDEED WE ARE NOT AT ALL GOOD INDIAN CITIZEN. This cruelsome or i would not be wrong if i say this shameful act of those 6 people has made us realise that still our country do not respect girls , and for them we are just a mere toy by which they can do anything they want to.
And i think its the worst crime i hav ever came to know. the culprits must be handed over to the public . Punishments like hang till death would be a very easy one . The rule must be made keeping in mind that those who make their mind to do these kind of shameless activity must think twice n more.

  13. Nandita Pradhan says:

I do agree with this that real men DONT RAPE…
RAPE is a crime which cant be forgiven and should not be forgiven. Mens take womens and girls for granted and they think they can do anything what they want with them. But this is the idea which has to be proved wrong. The recent Delhi rape case has pointed a big finger towards our nation and has shaken it off fully. A girl being raped in a moving bus in such a way in Delhi is quiet unbelievable This incident forced the girl towards death where she might have been having blessed with bright future and carrier. But this shameful incident stole away everything from her life.
Did she really deserved that??. If we come out with this question we will get the answer” NO” . No one deserves that, this is only those cruel, inhuman, pshycological disbalanced peoples who leads a girls life towards the end . It is their inhuman act or rather we can say for satisfying their anger or dominating the other gender. So the question is that do our judicial system treats those offenders in that way by which they give the pain.. Their should be very strict punishment for the convicts of this crime. Just a capital punishment is not enough. Hanging till death will give them a easy punishment within few seconds. But they should be punished in the way so that they get tired of thier lives and constatntly ask for mercy and ask to be forgiven. Society is getting modern day by day but still womens are made victims near about every day by few inhuman peoples. Indian government will have to be much more strong and has to enforce quiet harder laws so that mens think twice before they think of doing this heinous crime “RAPE”.
