Educational qualification for Politicians
For any growing nation education is most important aspect in all terms may it be human development or mechanical development , although education comes after hunger but know after 65 years of independence , hunger is not our major problem but education is . Thus now our politicians need to be qualified and educated. So this leads to a very common discussion that Weather Educational Qualifications for politicians are necessary or not?
Educational qualification for Politicians
Politician should be people with high education because many leadership attributes are gained through education. Leaders with no education can not cope up with the change hence it hinders country development. Education is necessary for a leader, for the country’s bright future and prosperity. As now a days it is the basic need of a person, but yes, it should not be fixed till a certain level. A leader should be matured, experienced, kind, educated, and should understand peoples feelings, thinking, vision etc. And that all comes from education it self and our moral life. So friends that’s all I think ! I hope you all will like your small friend thinking, In my view politicians needed Higher education, because they are the persons rule the society. Unfortunately the highly educating peoples like IAS Officers working under the uneducated persons and also there is no rule for politician’s education. First of all we are changing the ours.
Some high educated politicians are doing the schemes. Finally we conclude that Only Qualification insufficient for the politicians and also having good leader ship qualities and genuine persons are required. What I fell is knowledge is more necessary than a written degree, anyone in today’s world can get a degree just by paying some amount!
I totally have to disagree that education makes men for see things and value things better. Talk about Bill Gates, Henry Ford, Albert Einstein and many more throughout history. They have no educational qualifications that they can speak of and yet are great leaders, in fact they are among the most powerful motivation of the world.
So there by I conclude that knowledge should be trusted rather than a show off degree!
Government is introducing many policies to ruin illiteracy from our country. If the leader is illiterate, there is no use to make All citizens literate. A corruption free nation will come only from a well educated leader.

Educational Qualification for Politicians is a must..
Because its only a qualified person who can understand a qualified nation and can brig about progress in the country.
There SHOULD be a minimum qualification criteria for the politicians.
Yes I strongly believe that education is necessary for politicians of our country. In our country even a office clerk requires a minimum qualification then why not a politician ? Its the politicians who are responsible to
frame laws and rule the country. When education become mandatory in this field constant improvement will
take place and a new constitution will be developed will be followed instead of same old policies .

What I fell is knowledge is not enough for a perfect leader. He/she have to be highly educated, because only he/she control the 200 crore people of/in India. They should able to know the rules and regulations of a democratic country. So that I like to say educated politician is necessary. In educational politician we need sincerity, corruptness. So according to me education is mandatory for the politician.
Education should be mandatory for all the politician. It should not like that politician should be graduate or post graduate. There should be an exam like as in IAS, PCS. They have to qualify that exam for the election. It will helpful for them to gain more knowledge about our country and the problems which we are facing. So they can work on that.
According to me..i think education is very impotent in every line. so why not in politicians. most of the politicians are not in so educated. i think in line , there should also be compulsory in politic line . 60 % politicians are not so educated. in our country there is very need for the educated politicians. like A.p.J. Abdul Kalam. he is such a nice person and he also so educated. I completely agree that the politicians should be educated. They are the building blocks of our nation. the progress of our country depends on their decision . We all know literates have better ability to judge, understand and act. there should be a leadership quality in our politicians and this could be develop only by being educated. people do enter politics to gain fame ,name and money. But politicians should understand that country’s progress depends on their decisions. they should have a team of highly educated people who could take decision which are beneficial for the citizens as well as the nation.
In my point of view educational qualification for a politician is necessary. Education is actually mandatory for politician. When we go for a job of even the lowest possible responsibility there is a certain qualification for it, then why not for politician who are going to handle the biggest responsibility.Education can help the politician for making good policies and law and can make the nation to grow even faster. Only this thing (education) is not enough they have also another qualifications like sincerity, corruption free. And also understand the people’s problem by humanity.
In case of educated persons, take more number of educated politicians is in corruption cases like 2G spectrum cases. Some times higher educational qualification is also not compulsory. See an examples before independence number of uneducated people were doing fight against British. In today’s in India take Anna hazard’s doing fight against corruption to do make an India corruption free. His trying to put a local bill against corruption in parliament but it is not passed.

I think In the present scenerio of globalisation politicians have to be well educated..so that they can well understand the happenings and can control the youth in a better way!
A person who is educated can understand these necessary things better. An educated person is smart, intelligent, knows difference between right and wrong.
I think in line , there should also be compulsory in politic line . 60 % politicians are not so educated.

As we look today’s scenario, India though is developing faster, but it is also lagging behind in some areas which can not be overlooked. Politicians are people who drive this country. It isn’t necessary that each and every person should be educated but basic understanding of things, demands, needs and most important “ETHICS” should be the prior straits in every politician.
My opinion is that the politicians has well educated because if the politicians are not well educated so it does not takes the right decision because of lack of knowledge , and without qualifications they do not have gain knowledge and education qualification is plays an important role in politicians life so they can easily understands their responsibilities and takes the right position that they actually deserves. if the politician has well educated so it easily plays the leadership role .
Role of politicians is not a small role its plays a vital role because politicians is the one who represent the culture of the country.Education is the key to success…. we all know that… but here…. its like…. everyone knows everything…. but actually don’t want to believe…. Truly said by MAHATMA GANDHI…. ” AN EYE FOR AN EYE MAKES THE WHOLE WORLD BLIND….” .Politician should be educated, because they will not be able to lead our country if they do not have knowleage they can not drive our country effeciently without the proper knowledge.I think goverment made the law if u want to join the politics they fight the exam.basis of merrit list they give a post of politics if we want to coming in top list of the world our leader must be eduucated.

Then why do we think that a person responsible for the people of a nation, progress of a nation, does not need educational qualification. But now the things are entirely different, only those who are selfish and the corrupt mostly are there as politicians, they think of themselves all the time and think hardly about people any time. The tragic part of it is that many of them does not know the value of the post they are holding, and hardly have any knowledge education wise, relevant to the post they are holding.Hence minimum educational qualification must be mandatory for politicians.

Then why do we think that a person responsible for the people of a nation, progress of a nation, does not need educational qualification. A person holding the position of a finance minister should have knowledge about the financial issues concerning the nation and he should be able to take decisions that lead the nation on a progressive way. If he is educated and has the kind of knowledge in the required field then it will help him, to do justice to his job. What is important is not only does a person holding ministry should have education, but they should have relevant education concerning the post they are holding.
Minimum educational qualification should be made compulsory for the politicians and those working in responsible positions, such as home ministry, finance, and others should be trained or educated, in depth, regarding their particular field. So, educational qualification is not only a must, but they should have more knowledge than anyone else. So, that they can make better decisions and take the nation towards a progressive path.
well , Education is necessary but it dosnt mean that a well educated person can have all the qualities to run a country, before that a politician should be many other qualities like honesty, trustworthiness, sincerity.

But its doesn’t mean education is secondary thing that there should be a fixed standard of education qualification for politician. We see so many highly qualified IPS, IAS, etc. Who works for these uneducated persons. Though these administrative personnel are highly qualified yet they have to work under the pressure of these uneducated politicians.

Politicians has a control over the entire country..How can we let our country completely to the hands of illeterate peoples??
For a politician Education qualification means he or she should know what is happening from bottom to top level. (Normal Person to the Prime Minister). He or she must know how is administration carried out in the country. He should have knowledge in legislature, judiciary and executive branches. He or She must has moral and ethical values. Then he is the perfect politician.But there should be a minimum quqlification for the polititians…They should not be completely illiterate as they represents our country.
Even today if I go for a teaching job in a small school I at least need to be a graduate. So if we need education in such small fields of life then why not in politics because here one has to run the whole country. An educated person knows about the world and so also knows how to deal with if today India is lagging behind then that is because of such illiterate politicians. If we see America today, we find it as an developed nation instead of a developing nation. If it is here today, then only because of educated politicians. Education brings self respect to an individual which is the greatest property of life.
There is need of minimum educational qualification for the politicians and they should also be screened on the basis of education, moral and social values they hold. Then they should be given administrative training on the background of patriotism. We should think rationally and should not leave our country in the hands of those who are devoid of the qualities required for efficient leadership.
Education is the platform which indirectly tells about the person.

They are their to make policies, understand the need of their people, their visions, their requirements, and all that comes from education. in this era of technology, we want that our country must have schemes that guarantee to success. how can we expect that an illiterate person can make good plans and have vision for the development of a country. it all come from education, so education is a must. if they themselves are not educated and don’t know about its value, they don’t make people to be educated. Its not only in terms of degree only besides education qualifications, he mus have leadership and he must be a kind person who could understand the needs of their people.
Moreover, a leader is a inspiration, if he himself is not educated, how can he inspire those people who consider him as their leader, their innovator.
