Should we have Age Limit or Retirement for Politicians?
According to my point of view there should be an age limit. In our country every field have some retirement age, but in politics no such age limit is there. Generally it has been seen that at the age of 55-60 a person becomes lazy and many health problems engulfs.At that span of time he loses his capability to think more effectively. As we know politicians are very crucial and important part of our country. So politicians should have retirement age.
Old is gold,is this true for politics so far?
I feel it is good to give youth more opportunities because they are full of ideas and are energetic to their tasks. Youth are full of passion and they have capability to work with zeal and confidence. They are fresh minded and can take right decision. The decision taken by young person is dynamic. If there willbe age limit then young generation will get chance to prove themselves. Now a day’s more than 90 % of Indian politicians are above 60. Just because there is no age limit, a politician continues to do his job until he is alive. I know they have experience but after a certain age limit they are not able to work so effectively which automatically lowers the development of our country. Due to lack of job opportunities many youngsters are going to foreign countries for higher education or in seek of good job. Youth should be given opportunity in politics. If there will be age limit of 60 years for politicians and they won’t be allowed to work beyond this age many of the young people will get chance to work and do some good steps to improve our nation . So that there may be chance of change in corrupted politics and make our country corruption free and developed. Politicians would need to retire notonly because they are physically unable to cope with the rigors of this demanding career, but because they feel that they have done a bit for the country. So I suggest that the age limit should be restricted up to age of 60.

There should be age limit in an retirement , because of the after the 60 year most of them not properly take good decisions, so by retiring these there should give chance for young leaders. thinking of old age leaders is according to their generation but this time is of modern technology so it is required to make decisions by keeping in mind about present time requirements.
From my point of view there is become certain age limit. Because we know after some age our body can not do work as youth candidate .So when age limit then youth have opportunity to do good work for our country with new ideas .And youth can take right decisions. Here i also want to say there is become also exam process thus in politics educated persons arrives so they can take right decisions and can do work with more efficient.
Let me know just one thing- If we have age limits for all the government jobs, then why cant we have age limits for politicians? As if all other fields are free from politics? or is it like that people learn politics till the retirement age in india and then play!? “Rediculus”!! If still we dont understand why our country is still Backward then we are fool! Indian politics seems to be “Old Age Home”! Where people whose energy and enthusiasm is burned in struggle of life, are welcomed. If we find the need for innovation in Our politics then we should not forget-“Innovations come with beginners”. Even kids dont like old teachers in their classes. So my suggestion is all the grandpas n grandmas should be given rest!! And let youth come forward and set the competition at its peak. Then only the Country will grow!!
Obviously there should be an age limit in politics. New ideas are needed to run our country. And also in every field, everyone gets retired after certain age limit, then why not these politicians get retired. Rules are same for every citizen of India. So, this rule must also be imposed on these politicians.
i think there is need of age limit for the politicians because politicians are the leaders our our country , they represent our country towards whole the world.so they want to be educated and understanding people who think about the people of the country and of the government.Age limit also necessary for the retierment of of the politicians because young people represent the things by new mind and technology.mentality difference is also in young people and old people.
the age limitation for the polition is restricted because throgh the age limit the peson can change and through the new young person have some new idia about our country the new polition can tke decision in the faver of the country so the age limitation is must compulsary for the polition
According to my views there should not be an age limit for reservation becuse through this people have no much time for proove them in limited period.

Age limit for retirement should be necessary because every new thing is generated by coming generation and they have” new ideas to perform them” but as age increases our capability of thinking and developing should be minimized so it is required.they can not handle it…
Yes, The age limit matters. It should be 60 years. But the experienced or the talented people are really important in our goverment so these experinced people should be assigned as consultants or they should be pair with new unexperienced people.
yes I am supporting this statement. There should be a age limit for retirement in politics. There are so many reasons behind this. one of the main reason is that we should give more chance to the youth. And this is my personal view that Indian youth have a talent that they can give eventually progress to our country. They are too much energetic and have so many new ideas for implementation that give a right direction to our country. And old politicians are completely bored from our profession and they have to switch in another field where they are suitable
yes there are age limit of politician and it is very necessery to appotunuty to young generation and young generation can proved themsalves,they have many innovatives idea and skills to handled any type of problem and they are have to apportunhity to young generation in politics.
As in my view yes there should be an age limit because as the age of the person grow above yes the experience increase but the power of decision making & other aspect doesn’t support by their health.In india usually we have a prime minister above 70 which reflect back in there decision & way of work whereas in other countries the progress is shown with the young leader’s
YES….age limit is really important in politics because by this many problems can b solved like unemployment,corruption,poverty …and this is also very important because new generation is very innovative and many politicians are very irresponsible towards country
there should be a retirement age . politician should be youth and young man give his/her work .and have a time to develope .
In my point of view, a politician is a social worker, and there is no limit for social work, so there should not be a age limit or retirement for politicians.’BUT’ it should also be kept in mind that duties and responsibilities of a politicians are also huge.So, instead of any age limit other factors “hard work and honesty, should be taken into account for politicians.
age limit are new ideas from new generation …and according to me age limit is compalsory and education is also compalsory for new politicions we need change our politicis system

I dont think there should be any age limit for poloticians because as you grow your xperience grows,it is the old saying that before performing anything take advices from elders,this is the basic reason they say this. they must have gone through many situations they must have faced many circumstances…hence their views are utmost important.
Because ernstwhile we have lost many successors like DR AbdulKalam just because of the time was alloted to him for which he has to be serve for the country.

there should not be age limit for polititians…they are elder and they have more experience and knowledge….they know better than than youngers that how to handle difficult condition…so i endore the point there shouldn’t be age limit…
who are Entrepreneurs?they are those who start their own business…they are self dependent…they take risk…while managers are those who manages their boss’s work…Entrepreneurs only think for themselve…they think how to boom their business.how to provide jobs for mass…Entrepreneurs can be a single person oe a group..they think only for themselve because they have to manage their own…they dont think about salary ,they think about money…how can they enhance their business. they are owner of their own.their mind is set for only success…that’s why they are more successfull than managers…
I think age should not a full considering factor for retirement as experienced persons are mostly aged so we have to provide analyser or advisor like post for such experienced persons rather than putting them in feild work. Although age limits working capacity and lack of new emerging ideas.
according to my point there is no age limit for the social works but after 60 to 70 ages of the leaders give chance to the youth.because our youth get more energy to complte the task to growth our country.so inter relations between the youth and ages leader
yes,there should be age limit in politics.because politicians are very important part of every country.and after crossing a age limit,there also becomes many problems related to health and all other things,they also not be able for complete their responsibilities…and they are not also think much more according to their age..they only thing in fixed small criteria and for country development it is necessary to think in much and broad mind..and after retirement of theirs,youngsters can also get opportunities for enter in this field and they can develop country by giving their new initiative ideas for a country.
yes it shoud be that age limit in politicion.beacuse in old age think capacity is not good. and in this age we need to rest .if i am politicon in old age we shoud speak some speech.and more travling so such think are not good. and if young man coming in politicon than idea also come beause new thinks come .and he known about all new thinks and old expricence get to our elder.and young man having more energy than old man.
Yes, age limit is required in every field according to your post. Without age limit we can’t give the responsbilities to the youth of nation….
If we see in every work or job after a certain limit every company/goverment give there employs retirement because they are not working efficiently and they spent his/her life with many disease….
the dedication for his/her job get down after a certain limit.. they are not able to think efficiently..
“These all problems are also occur with politicians”. After a certain time period they are not able to work hardly for the nation and because of relaxation they are corrupted… So the age limit is also required in politics…..
