Are MNCs more exceptional than Domestic Indian Companies?
Is MNCs Superior to Indian Companies? Do you also want to know this one? This article may assist you. MNCs are Multi-National Companies. These companies are developing more & more nowadays. TATA, RELIANCE, and INFOSYS have progressed certainly well not only in India but also in other nations. Superiority is established not only according to progress, but the environmental setup matters a lot. PSUs are indeed full of corruption. Employees are talented enough but brains are not responding to productivity. MNCs fetch young talents and young generations rush towards the rapid inflow of better offers and competition.
All PSUs are not like this. We have to remember that ONGC, NTPC, Indian Oil, BHEL, etc are progressing effectively. Indian Companies like PSUs offer good salaries, job security, and economic support up to the end of a lifetime. Honesty and trust will gradually rise in the near future, and we hope so. We have seen how MNC companies follow their business strategies how they are effective in controlling any problems and how they are using Indian manpower to save their cost. So this is good learning for us to take our county companies to that level and use the same planning as MNCs. In the future time should come when we should outsource to other countries.
Earlier my POV was, that the difference between Indian companies and MNCs is that Indian companies follow the same old architecture of working 9 to 5, doing the same kind of work again and again, not doing something different to get pace with markets and other MNCs and most importantly Growth.But If you see the facts and figures, how Indian companies have changed their trends. Even they are working very hard and also doing many things different like giving a chance to young talents, hiring from Tops B schools and other good colleges.
Regarding timings and job security, the only thing that matters is the “Work”, so If you work for either an MNC or for govt companies, no need to hamper job security. I am not going against MNCs as they are fulfilling our needs, and providing employment to our friends, brothers, and sisters.
Conclusion:
MNCs are superior these days, but certain factors are individual to both of them whether it is MNCs or Indian companies. where MNCs are known for their global reach and resources and supply leverages chain globally. Additionally, they have access to their operational possesses, and Tney adopts efficiency and productivity. While Indian companies are also keys to advantages like a deep understanding of local markets and consumer preferences, They have also developed an innovative solution.

how indian companies are better than MNC companies?
MNC’s are generalized to be better than most Indian companies, because obviously you have this exposure, better salary, big market and many other things. But another thing is that these days people are running towards MNC because most of the MNC’s are well known among the public be it due to advertising or because of their branding which has resulted in the suppression of the Indian companies.
MNS’s provide easy pickings as compared to PSU’s but doesn’t provide as many assets as PSU’s. MNC’s gives an early start and posses various growth features as compared to PSU’s but lack job security. Hence PSU’s are good for people who want an easy and monotonous life and doesnot want to take risk.
While MNC’s are for daredevils.
yes in my opinion MNC is better than Indian companies because they have international market …they provide better opportunities…and now everyone is rushing toward MNCs

By appreciating this article i am fully agreed about that the MNC’s are better then Indian company. MNC provide better job opportunity and utilize the skill of an individual fully. Here the knowledge of an individual is not limited, they need to have totally updated with every new technology needed in their company
M.N.Cs are mesmerizing the international students and they are the one which are recruiting number of employees daily..But like in P.S.Us we talent is not enough.We need to have bags full of gold money.

Totally agree with the given statement. MNC’s are definitely superior to Indian companies because the invested money, infrastructure, and large labor force are required. Now a days MNC’s are the most leading in India as well as other countries.These are in more demand…as compared to Indian companies , but Indian companies are also growing well and providing employment to many..!!!!!!!
yes, of course i do feel that MNC’s are more superior than Indian companies as their working environment is better. Moreover, there is more opportunity to go abroad which we generally do not find in indian company.
MNCs have greater openings in overseas market and has immense scope for growth,,,due to this reason Indian companies have taken a backseat
