United Bank of India is one of the 14 Nationalised banks of India with their branches all over India and take active participation in the development of rural and semi-urban areas. It has significantly expanded their branches in Eastern and North-Eastern India.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria-

The candidates who have got minimum 60% aggregate over all eight semester are eligible for the United Bank of India recruitment.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University.
Should know to Read, Write & Speak the Official Language of the State / Union Territory.
Candidates should have scored minimum cut off marks in the IBPS Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS and should have a valid score card issued by IBPS.

Recruitment in United Bank of India contain written test in which the candidate has to qualify in the IBPS recruitment exam and then the personal interview will be conducted by the Bank.

1. IBPS Common Written Test Exam

IBPS Recruitment Examination is managed and governed by the authorities from Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Finance Government of India, National Institute of Bank Management etc. IBPS Examination is conducted for the recruitment for their client organisations. To appear for the Personal interview, candidate need to clear the IBPS Common Recruitment Exam and should have a valid score card issued by IBPS to apply for the United Bank of India Recruitment process.

There will be only objective based written exam from this year which will be of 2 hours duration and will include following sections-

2. Personal Interview

Depending upon the total weighted standard score in common written test examination, candidates will be called for personal interview round in the ratio of 1:3 for General / Unreserved Candidates and 1:5 in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories. Merit test will be conducted depending upon the number of vacancies. Personal interview will be for 50 marks and minimum qualifying marks would be 50% (45% marks for Reserved Category Candidates).
