Are we Really Good Indian Citizen?
A nagging question has always bothered me why aren’t we Indians better citizens? I’ve often felt disheartened and embarrassed to admit that we fall short of being the responsible citizens we should be To support my views I would like to begin with the politics first. We say we live in a democratic country which means leaders are to be chosen by public votes. And when leaders are chosen by a majority and then any undesirable thing happens we directly and very casually blame them.
We expect the government to do everything for us while our contribution is totally nil. We often blame leaders after they have been chosen because we tend to overlook our own role in selecting them. Instead of taking responsibility for our choices, we shift the blame to the leaders themselves. Instead of taking action to create positive change, we often retreat to our comfort zones with our families and wait for someone else to come along and fix the problems. We gaze out at distant lands, expecting a magical solution to arrive, courtesy of a messianic figure waving a wand.
We always look up the pressure around us, without thinking about the solution. We blame the government for unemployment, hikes in prices, non-management wastes, illiteracy, and so many other things. We expect the government to be aware of our problem and expect them to find a solution. My only question to all of you is “Are we really a good Indian Citizen ? “.

Small Action for A Better Nation
Similarly, if we look towards our duty to keep our surroundings clean. We throw away waste materials haphazardly and expect the government to clean up the garbage. There are so many other small things by which we can help our system to be good and reach to satisfactory level. For example, by helping the needy, taking care of the poor people, by paying taxes at the right time we can do our bit. Just like business requires innovation and the ability to respond to change, so do communities and nations. So we must make it grow and work efficiently.
We must question and debate how to improve society and change inefficient or unjust systems. Parents, educators, and leaders can instill patriotism and national commitment in kids and youth. Let’s encourage the youth to take responsibility, lead, and tackle tomorrow’s challenges. Please feel free to write your views/opinions in the comment section.

my opinion is yes we are good Indian citizens because i fulfill my all responsibilities which are required for a good citizens.We pay our all taxes and bills on time and we clean our city or place.we are true and good Indian citizen because we are do all that things which our government required and our constituion say to us. we follows all the law of our country and make it crime free and respect our flag and nation legends and nation peoples.
Ofcourse not, we are not good citizens. Every person get him/her profit only. No one person want to go in difficulties. We are not delevering our actual contribution and duty towards our country…
The live example of said that we are not good citizens that is the rape case in noida which is done by 6 persons… and many person gone away from there when they see that girl and boy.. this is our responsbility to take them hospital but some people do this…..
A good citizen knows his rights as well as his duties. He performs his duties properly before blaming the government. But as per the number of votes given during elections, we come to know that we people are not interested in choosing our own government correctly. Only half of the citizens do vote,but all of them come forward when its time to blame the government.
Waste management, is another reason for cry of the citizen but hardly any citizen properly manages his house garbage. We want safety on roads, cleanliness, proper lights but when we see someone injured on the middle of the road we do not volunteer to help,we throw plastics all around which affects the cleanliness of our own country.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT WE ARE NOT THE GOOD CITIZENS OF INDIA…..WE ARE NOT DELEVERING OUR ACTUAL CONTRIBUTION AND DUTY TOWARDS OUR COUNTRY…..WE ALWAYS WANTS TO LIVE OUR LIFE IN COMFORT WITH LOTS OF AMMENITIES.AND EVEN WE FACE A SINGLE PROBLEM THEN WE CURSE THE SYSTEM OF INDIA….. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SYSTEM?……ACTUALLY WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT POOR SYSTEM OF OUR COUNTRY……ANY SYSTEM OF ANY COUNTRY IS THE OUTPUT OF THEIR CITIZEN’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SYTEM….. SO OUR SYSTEM WILL BECOME BAD OR GOOD IS ALL IN OUR HANDS…….BUT FORGETING OUR CONTRIBUTION IN OUR COUNTRY AND REAL PROBLEMS THAT FACING OUR COUNTRY……..WE ARE FOCUSSING ON OUR PERSONAL ISSUES……WE ARE ALWAYS READY TO DO CONFLICTS ON THE BASIS OF RELIGION,CASTE, COMMUNITY,TRIBES……BUT WE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT HOW TO MAKE OUR CONTRIBUTION FOR MAKING OUR COUNTRY DEVELOP……..EVEN WE ARE NOT DOING RIGHT USE OF OUR ELECTION VOTES………WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE CANDIDATE’S BACKGROUND AND HIS IMAGE IN A SOCIETY…..BECAUSE THEY ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR OUR WELFARE IN THE GOVERMENT……BUT WE DO VOTE JUST AS A FORMALITY NOT AS A RESPONSIBILITY…….AND WHEN THAT WRONG CANDIDATE GOES TO GOVERMENT HE/SHE WEAKENS THE SYSTEM BY MAKING IT CORRUPT……….

I am not authorized person to give a conclusion but according to me noone is a good indian citizen because if we are talking about goodnes then what is that??
* In election we are not going to vote a leader which is a person among us is a good citizenship?
* If we are not aware of our rights to gain or takeover the thing then we are good citizens?
* If we seen a poor selling his items and we are rudely barganing then this is leads to us a good citizen?
* We are gathering only at the place where someone is on “ANSHAN” then we are good??
* A soldier or a person which is growing with the growth of its income is the growth of nation and he is only a Good indian citizen.
No am not good indian citizen because some time i have done mistakes which nt rectify me as good citizen…..but am sure about one thing that all those mistakes done for some reason…..but v should become good citizen through our thoughts , by taking right decisions , by choosing honest politician, but main point which makes us good citizen is to never hurt poor n weak peoples n choosing right for our country n be honest to our country…..

According to me,i don’t think that we are the good indian citizen,because i just not thing that the clapping is to be done with the only one hand,we blame the government for the poor management,i agreed that the government is not done there job properly but because of the large population an poor human understanding the whole system may damage.If we calculate the ratio then around 10% people who want to do something and done,20% people want to do but they just only think,and the rest are the corrupted people who don’t do anything and besides that damage the department also.Tax,black money,drugs these all are the major factor that are done by us and the result will be displayed on us.
we are the good indian citizens but really the number of these kind of peoples are very less.because a good citizens should follow the traffic rules,should follow the limited use of resources,and should underestand the importance of little things in our daily life.like consumption of light,use of water,and not think that if he is not follow the rules then y i?this is the lowest thinking of peoples.so if one start the good work then according to the single one another start the good work.so we r the good citizens but we just have to know how?just one right person have to give the right way to another that yes this is the way to be a good citizen.then we will be good indian citizen
No we are not good citizens. We are busy in our life.We are doing for ourself not for country.Most indians throw garbage anywhere instead of dustbin.By doing this we pollute our country. A good citizen must not have this atitude.If we are good citizens then we use dustbin. We are not doing for our country. Another point is that we do not respect guests.”ATITHI DEVO BHAVA” this tag line is not valid for us. Todays news that an indian boy raped a Nepali girl.

we can see in pakistha these is no respect of hindus and other religious… and other hand we see in our counrty there is give respect to tha every religious there is no Boundation on all religious people. thay take tha same part as other.
we all Citizen are eco-frandly. we give tha respect to each other. all govt. rule and other Circul rula are same for every one.
and if we see in Arab-country, and other these rule are very strict and thay will not respect any forner. we all respect to all people occupation . if any natur degastater and other like flood, tsunami, eart quack and other there will all tha citize do help these suffer Citizen, they all Citizen think that they are all also part of his life so they all help them like a brother and sister.

We are living in a country who have different kind of people and different kind of thinking. Some peolpe think that they are good citizen but some people those who are good citizen still trying to become a good citizen. It mainly depends on us how we tackle the situation. Peolpe who are bringing corrpution in India are not good citizen,as they themselevs bring corrupution in india by not giving tax and by giving bribery but they blame India government for this corruption and on the other side there are many people like Anna hazare also who are trying to remove corruption.
To become a good citizen firstly we must do basic activities like helping other citizens,needy peoples,poor peoples,we must take into account all the new acitvities that are launched by government of india to develop our country and to fulfill the requirements of new activities.
Every human being must take some responsibilties to become a good citizen.
I think we all are not a good citizen because we frequently blame a government as we all know about our country development and yes a fast forward government.A good citizen should have a right to completely involve for our country’s development.many people who just blame a police and a gov.but we don’t stop the corruption mentality even we increase the level of corruption and looking their own profit to do a wrong business.if we really want be a good citizen,firstly we have to change our mentality and disable to participate in a wrong business.
as in a early rape case,a victim girl,which was lying on a road without any clothes,no one is to be there to help her. not even a single person who can cover her body, where is a good citizen?
we all are in a same case,that we blame only police and other person,but what we actually are as we clearly know.so be a good responsible citizen,firstly to show your participation for development in our country and fulfill your duties.
i am sure say that i am not good citizen .there are many reason first example that recent delhi rape case. it is not good citizen.he is also a citizen. many other tourch are coming in india so they trevel many problem for our citizen.and people are not having our national felling .they not think our contry that how to make good but they think only our self. that type is not citizen.many other think also just like in bus ,in bank nonone flow good rules.and good educated person also think that difference brtween girls and boys.so they are not good citizen.in my view
No we are not a good citizen of our country, we just think of ourselves not about a single issue about the nation at all. we always live our life good and comfort. we have time to talk about corruption , politics but we have not time to do anything to remove all that .
we all want to build good thoughts and then apply that thoughts in our life . if we are something had been done for our nation , our society then we truely deserve real indian r a good citizen.

we are not ‘good’ indian citizens. it is very bad to say and worse to listen but this is the fact.
we people only can blame , blame and blame. in actual we are the youth of our country and we have the responsibilities to be fulfill, but we do not understands that and just used to do the bigger talks.
our country is in problem like poorty, population, unemployeeness and absolutely we have enough power to control these thing but we only talk and wait for government to do the things, as a citizen of india we should take initiatives and should work on them till end. we should not wait for the government to make the things possible we should start them at our end. then we will be the good indian citizens other wise we are living and eating like the cattles who knows nothing and cant speak cant express them.
Are we good citizen or not, when this question is asked from some one the first term which probably comes in the mind of that person for the word ‘citizen’ is politicians and the ans become no, we are not. The ans is not wrong but this ans is applicable for every general people of India. We are doing, what is good for us, we are earning for making our life comfortable. Suppose if we have money then then we won’t hesitate in giving bribe for our work in spite of knowing that this would harm our country. We are not take care of any thing if it is a public property, we our self make our country dirty e.t.c , but this doesn’t mean we are remain with no molarity. Still there are people who have concern about their country who are involve in many social activities. the thing is that we have to spread the morel values of our culture which in get hide in our priorities. We should include these morals in our education system so that a small child will become a good citizen then he will become a honest LEADER then corruption and other unsocial activities would itself erased.
No we are not a good citizen. we are always want to live our life good and comfort. we not think about country and other people. we are a selfish people.we have time to talk about indian politics aur corruption but we have not time to remove that. when a not done in any govt. office then we gave first money to a officer for our work so we are resposible for corruption. and no body want to do work in politic’s for country.first we want our development then thought about country. so first we work for country then talk for that..

yes we are really a very good citizen.we have manners…we know how to talk,how to welcome guest?when there is something wrong in our nation ,insteading of abiding ,we come together under a single roof.we become single soul against injustice.other nations are following our culture also which is a very good sign for our nation.but as we know no one is perfect …but still we are raising our nations name and its flag.

I can say confidentially that i am a good citizan of india.
As per my opinion we are not good indians as we think of our only profit rather then thinking about others…we even dont bother to think about anyone…in any field first we all think about our own profit… as for this view the best example would be the delhi case as that girl was naked on road and people are so busy that no one even bother to put a cloth on her…beside this example their are also many more exmaples where our indians prove them to be a selfish person…so this type of thinking should be totally removed.. we all are indian we should think about others also… we will not be happy if we live a luxurious life and spend 3 lakhs rupees in taj hotel for two hours what we get from nothing more then enjoyment…so can u think that if we spend this money for poor childrens who cant afford their studying fees…so if we spend money on educating them then how haapy will ourself will feel after this good work….so our indians should involve themselves in this type of activity..

i think that at this era of the 20th century we people are only think about us..no one can think about the country indeed..this is such a shame for our country that if a person is coming from abroad or a foreigner than he will be treated like a ‘mouse in the house’ who is treated like a different world person..that is they can be troubled by our own citizen peoples..this is really being a shameful thing that the other persons are not treated well by our citizens..so i think that most of the citizens in our country are being a helpless citizens..
